First time there yesterday, 4/13/24 and the beef tacos were not great at all. I rate them on the level as Taco Bell. The shells were not fresh , tasted like processed taco shells, meat was ground beef instead of shredded, Taco Bell meat actually taste better. I probably will never go back just for that reason alone as tacos are my favorite.

We were greeted with a very friendly cashier, she immediately noticed that we had never been here before and was very patient as we looked at the menu. I didn’t expect that we would be ordering at the counter but as I stated the cashier had great customer service. Unfortunately the food quality was not good, it lacked flavor and the tortillas that were served to us were cold. The restaurant was clean and not a big crowd during lunch.

The beef fajitas are outstanding here! The building was very clean.Kid-friendliness: The staff don't mind children watching the tortilla making process through the glass.
Just can't stand it anymore. Food is always barely warm except for refried beans which are consistently hot. This would be really good if only the food was hot, but it isn't. Once a week visits has dwindled down to once in a while and now finally not at all. The taste and place are just fine, just cold food is is the stopper.

this is the third week in a row that we have gone through the drive-through at roses on 423. This is the third time that we have gotten the wrong order after specifically repeating The order. When you ask and pay for a large queso and they give you a large salsa, that’s terrible you don’t know it until you get home you asked for your receipt and they don’t give that to you either. It will be a long time before I go back to rosa Café, and I hope everybody else that has the same issue. Let them know. issues. The cheese enchiladas are dried tortillas with a piece of cheddar cheese in the middle.
