The food here is amazing/wonderful/yummy! BUT the service sucks! I hate to say this but we’ve been here so many times & the service is always so slow. We keep coming back because we absolutely love the pizza but finally had to break down & say something in hopes that management reads this.
Will never go back! After years of great food and service we had the worst experience tonight. There are too many options for better service than to waste our time and money on this place. It’s unfortunate because we really like Rotolos Frisco but can’t go back after tonight. Beware!
