Breakfast menu is bad - only had Potato & Egg, chicharron, and Piccadillo available. We were in town for Thanksgiving and were upset by the limited menu. Limited menu with not so great items.

Visited Rudy’s for dinner this evening. Was immediately greeted by all staff, which were kind and welcoming. We purchased the family meal and ordered the brisket (moist)2lbs, sides, a gallon of tea, and a loaded baked potato. When we got home and made sandwiches, the meat was so tough I could barely cut it with a knife and was so chewy. After spending over $130 I am so disappointed in the quality of meat. 2 lbs of brisket that are so tough it was hard to eat.
I am grateful for the kind service, but disappointed in the quality of food. If I had eaten there I would have asked for a refund and returned the food.

I ordered for delivery via DoorDash. The food here is always good. I ordered the 3 burrito combo with chicken, requested rice to be added to them, and an extra side of rice. The tortillas were handmade and tasted amazing. The chicken was seasoned and cooked well. The portion of each individual burrito is filling and can be shared or saved for later. I just wish there was an option to add veggies and crema to the burritos or at least on the side. The rice was also really good. I love that they added veggies to it, and they were cooked perfectly. Everything tasted like it was fresh and homemade. Overall, I would definitely recommend and order again.

As someone who loves exploring local taco spots and sharing honest food reviews, I had high hopes for Rudy's Kitchen in Frisco!
Unfortunately, this visit didn't meet expectations.
I ordered the steak tacos and was immediately let down by the quality. The corn tortillas didn't taste fresh, and the steak itself lacked flavor and freshness. For $11, I received four very small tacos! That’s a fair price if the food had delivered, but sadly, it didn't. AT ALL.
Another downside was the service. When I asked about the menu (which isn't in English), the responses I received from the young lady were short and not particularly helpful. There wasn't much effort made to make the experience welcoming or easy to navigate. I also found it odd that chicken wasn't available as a taco option… only in burritos.
All in all, this spot just didn't do it for me.
Between the underwhelming food, poor service, and lack of menu clarity, I won't be returning. There are too many great taco places out there to settle for one that doesn't seem to care about the customer experience.

Stopped here quickly for breakfast after an event at Frisco Commons.
I ordered breakfast tacos—one with egg, potato, and cheese, and another with pollo.
The tacos were delicious and quite filling. Note that they charge extra for cheese.

Everything I've had here as been absolutely delicious! This is authentic Mexican food💙🇲🇽🇺🇸💜
The carne asada and pastor tacos were delicious. The carne asada had a nice char and good flavor. The pastor was flavorful and sweet with the occasional piece of pineapple mixed in. The tortillas were good and they brought 2 bottles of salsa, red and green. The red was super spicy.
The menu was a bit difficult to understand, but I ended up ordering a taco platter (3 street tacos, rice & beans) and it was $10
Everyone there was Hispanic and everything is in Spanish, so I was a little nervous to order, but the lady at the counter spoke perfect English! I will definitely be back.
