I am sorry that I wrote this review after they closed. I ordered from Saigon Box multiple days out of the week. Their food is like no other! I've had the rice plate, pho, bahn mi, etc... Everything was great. I am so sorry that this place is closed for good. I will miss Saigon Box. I almost always ordered the chicken pho with extra sriracha on the side. The broth they made was EXCELLENT. They also had to-go bowl containers. Most pho places offer just the styrofoam plate with the plastic pint for broth. UGH I AM SO SAD. Other pho places in the area do not compare to the high quality of the food here.

Delicious! New favorite pho place!

Beef pho was just "okay." The soup was not quite hot and the quality of the beef wasn't good. A bit disappointed. :(

The broth and banh mi are fantastic, fresh and have great flavor. The hours are terrible so check before you go, but definitely check them out. Friendly service and clean dining room with bright windows, right off the highway and easy to get to.

Hands down THE best beef pho in Frisco/Plano area! Their salas box is also very good with fresh ingredients and authentic taste.

WOW! I am really impressed with the pho. I am from San Diego and pho was a monthly staple in my house growing up. Meaning my gramma and then my uncle make a pot of pho from scratch every month. I got a really bad cold and knew pho would hit the spot. I live in Little Elm/West Frisco and tried to order from I Luv Pho but they are closed Mondays. Decided to make the haul to Eldorado and DNT to grab from Pho Que whatever. They told me it would be ready in 45 mins. I get there and my order isn't ready. I actually hate the pho there so asked for a refund and decided to find another spot. I recall my hubby saying Saigon Box was a new place (he did Door Dash for a few months) and I decided to give it a try. I ordered mamas pho, shrimp only spring rolls and Thai Iced Tea. It was a little after 6pm on a Monday. I called in for a pick up, they said 15-20 mins. I arrived and was sad to see only a couple in there eating. Prices were reasonable and to par of other pho restaurants. I got home and loved the note on my broth container asking to nuke it to boiling. My Thai iced tea was DELICIOUS! Almost too sweet but I'll take that any day over not sweet enough (bc that happens a lot at restaurants!). I was sooooo happy with the pho I ordered again the next day for lunch via Uber Eats! Yes, I was willing to pay for delivery! I really hope everyone will try this place out! The broth is phenomenal and honestly Better than the other 2 restaurants I mentioned. The only caveat is they do not have a vast menu. Don't come here looking for all the extra stuff. What they do have is enough! I really hope they get more patrons and stick around forever! The pho broth is the BEST in Frisco!!!!

ordered rice box special with tofu/lemon grass pork and beef noodle. Both taste good. Most impressive is the pickle veg and tofu along with the rice box.

Friday night @ 7:48 pm. They ran out of the beef broth...really?? I also ordered lemongrass pork & it gets served in paper plates...all ordered items are packaged in paper plate, cup, forks, spoon, etc.

This was my first time trying Saigon Box and it did NOT disappoint. I wanted to try everything on the menu and settled on a few staples: Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, beef phô, and pork and shrimp spring rolls. The coffee was exactly what I expected - not too sweet and strong! The phô was comforting and flavorful. The staff were also excellent and super friendly. They allowed my friend and I to continue chatting while they cleaned the kitchen. Good food and great customer service!

Omg, why are you so delicious?! Very cool spot, staff was super helpful very friendly ?. Ordered the noodle box, banh mi sandwich, the banh mi fries, and the Vietnamese coffee because I wanted to be a fatty and try everything on the menu and jeeeeesus it was worth it. It’s definitely worth a try when you’re craving something fresh and tasty. ??

I wish they had cashiers and took cash. Would be good if they sold wine or cocktails. Hours could be more inclusive to other populations (those that work during the day and cannot commit to a time prior to 2:30pm). Other than that, food, atmosphere, service was amazing!

Two protein boxes, one with rice and one with noodles. Both excellent and easy for to go eating. Would definitely return.

I guess they have too much business - they turned me away prior to closing time. Yesterday I decided to try this location and drop in to grab a quick bánh mì to go. After waiting for a few minutes at the front counter, a man came out from the back and told me they close for lunch from 2:30 to 5:00. I just wanted a sandwich that takes no cooking, just assembly...but nothing doing. Frustrated, I went out to my car. The time on my cell phone (I had left it in the car) said 2:31 PM...which means I was in the store a couple of minutes before 2:30. I guess they have more than enough business and didn't need my money or future future visits...ok. I'll just keep spending my Money at Mr. Bánh mì (9370 Warren Pkwy #130, Frisco, TX 75035). Excellent bread & pâté spread on their sandwiches. Just don't go on a Monday (closed)!!!

First off SUPER HARD to find GREAT Vietnamese food in Frisco Texas. Well I'm here to tell you, I've found the MOTHER LODE!! Warmly welcomed in but the owners/ workers. Clean, clean and clean restaurant as well. My Son and I had the chicken Pho bowl regular size with the Pork egg rolls. Wait time for dinning inside was the time you want things to take to assemble and prepare your food. They offer two size bowls we went with the regular size and in the end it was a perfect meal. The pho broth was ridiculously delicious OMGOODNESS wow... fresh and deep with flavors, chicken was a generous portion and the noddles and accompanying veggies were ON POINT. Prices were just right for what we got and the egg rolls with fresh and smoking hot temp wise. Inside is decorated nicely with a great mural of Downtown Saigon in black and white and was very cool to see that. In closing : Great people Great food PHO Delicious!! Stop by give them a try and you'll be glad you did.
