Closing stores without notice is a terrible business practice. I absolutely loved the Forney location they are closing (with a week’s notice for the staff) but will never spend another dime at one of their locations ever again.

I talked to the girl at the window today on your closing day and I was stunned to hear about this. it's sad and bitter sweet to have everything closed but the way it was handled has me even more upset.

FOOD POISONING Do not eat here. I got food poisoning the next day after eating here. I ordered chicken for my protein and piled it all out the next day. I had fever, chills and couldn’t eat any solids for a week. They were covered by the news recently o Gabrielle Murillo serving undercooked chicken which confirmed my suspicions. Avoid salad n go at all costs! Best to just make your own at home and wash/cook everything. They clearly don’t care about their customers.
Quality is hit or miss. We loved them when they first opened, but things have changed, prices went up, and now they won't reimburse me for ordering at the wrong location... which somehow reverted to "nearest" location after I'd already picked our "favorite" location in the app. The people at the store told me I could just reorder and they would reimburse me through the app, but instead I paid twice for a mediocre wrap. Sad, since they already closed the other location we went to.

I am eating my salad and found a big clot of hair. I am absolutely disgusting and can not believe this place. How utterly disgusting can you be.
I am done with this location. Yesterday we made a delivery order for bowls and they sent wraps. We called and they apologized and asked if we could return it, I wouldn't have ordered delivery if I could return it. I didn't want a free meal, all I wanted was for them to try and do a better job. Today, hey let's give them a second chance, same order as yesterday. Delivered with no sauce and very sloppy presentation. Called the store, they claimed it must have fell out.
Okay. well when this locations profits dip and the store goes under, it not the food or the prices, it's the employees not giving a single care and nobody wants to eat there. Me and my wife have gone there and ordered delivery from there over a year now. You just lost a customer salad and go. All you had to do was treat your customers right.
P.s. watch their responses to this asking me to reach out to their customer care team. They don't care, they just offer you a free bowl. I don't want free food, I would like my old salad and go back where they cared about their quality.
