My food was great, no complaints at all. The customer service is horrible, today I went by to purchase 2 wraps and the lady at the beginning of the line spoke very low and I couldnāt hear her, I stood quiet for 20 seconds she then said a snarky comment in Spanish very loudly. She perhaps thought I wasnāt going to understand. Iām 100% fluent in Spanish and understood her snarky remark; both ladies today gave me the worst attitude. Iāve always given them the benefit of the doubt that maybe theyāre just very busy but today was nail in the coffin with their snarky remarks. I guess is time to find a new location.

I really love Salata,I go so often that today I even had enough points for a free salad. But unfortunately, this location is disappointing. My āregularā salad looked more like a small one. And no, it wasnāt because I didnāt tip, I always do! Even though I paid with my rewards, I still expected the same size as a regular salad, not a downsized version.
Careless location. Picked up a to go order, realized only after getting home they didn't include the dressing. Wasn't even a custom order, just a la carte. Not the first time they missed basic stuff in a to go order.

The best salad in Town I live in frisco, but my favorite location is in Coppel. My service including smile from all employees was there. And my salad was perfect size. I always ver the big one and someone's I finish my wife left salad. In copper I was really happy That I did not have to finish my wife salad.
