I had this many times in the past but the quality and quantity of the chicken dropped not just a little but expeditiously.. there used to be a line but I see why people are not going. The guy barely gave any chicken and barely any sauce.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order from your establishment. The meal I received had significantly less meat compared to what I have experienced at other locations. The vegetables consisted of cabbage with carrot shreds, which was not what I expected. When I went back to request a correction, a few pieces of broccoli and some shrimp were added. Unfortunately, the shrimp were undercooked and inedible. They were just gross slime to spit out and throw away. The rest of the food was cold and gross.
This experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I urge you to address these quality control issues to ensure a better dining experience for all customers.

Ok food court Japanese food. Service is decent but the food is generally salty. Would recommend eating other food if you can. Asian food is decent in Frisco so there are better options.
The food court is very open and big, and the mall is great. Plenty of parking as well.
