Great flavor and food, the staff who attended was nice and polite, the Hispanic guy, the girl was kind of shy or mad... but the food was really good. This place is good for a quick appetizer.

They will NOT give you a complimentary cup of water. Ok. Then I won’t compliment you with my hard earned money. $3 for a bottle of water? I just needed a cup with my food. These type of policies should not and will not be rewarded by loyal customers. You are not in business to sell me 1 bottle of water. You are in business to sell me 1,000 times over the next 20 years. I will never be back nor will I support companies with policies like this.

Horrible service, if I could give a zero star I would. Got to the line ordered a two sliced combo. The lady at the front rang it up incorrectly, and then when I alerted her to her mistake, she said that it was my fault because I didn’t tell her before she rang it up that it was a two sliced combo and not a two slice order. If I wanted to get my drink, I would have to be charged an extra $2.90.

It’s been years since I’ve had a slice at a Sbarro’s. The pizza was well cooked, flavorful, and a good crust. Service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere is a mall food court which is very nice but still a food court.

By far the best pizza i’ve ever ordered. Fresh ingredients, perfect texture and taste. The crust may not be crispy but the taste makes up for it. Hands down the best pizza in town. Frisco, Texas Stonebriar Mall location.
