They offered something I didn’t like so I asked for a refund. No one on the premises knew how to process a refund. At this point I am late for work and can’t sit sound and wait. So now I am out $11, no time to stop anywhere else, and they couldn’t even be bothered to hand me my coffee.

Went this morning ordered 2 kolaches plain and asked for NO CHEESE, and also ordered 2 with jalapeño and cheese. Got home to see 2 with cheese and 2 jalapeño and cheese but aren't cooked all the way through so pretty much uneatable. Worst 16 bucks I've ever spent on food. Service was okay but if you're gonna read my order off to me 2 separate times I'd think it'd be right. Will not be back other than asking for a refund.

Shipley’s Do-Nuts — dine-in experience unlocked!
Although we've enjoyed Shipley’s several times before (probably more than five!), today was our first time dining in. We ordered cinnamon sugar twisted donuts, chocolate iced, and a strawberry banana milkshake, all freshly made and flavorful as always. The dining area was spotless, even the restroom was impressively clean. Only one staff member was attending customers, but he gave excellent service and even recommended their best sellers. Compared to Dunkin’ and Krispy Kreme, Shipley’s donuts still hit different as the dough is noticeably lighter, making every bite more satisfying without the heaviness. Shipley's Do-Nuts are definitely worth trying!
We love Shipley! We usually go to the Custer/Gartner location. I think this location has had some recent turnover, but whoever is there now is fantastic and delivers consistent quality! Service was excellent and friendly and the donuts are our favorite around town. Keep up the great work Shipley!

The donut was mediocre and definitely not worth the visit. We also tried the kolache which was just Ok . the young lady at the register was supper nice and friendly. As far as atmosphere, nothing special about it and the place was SUPER COLD when outside temp was 15°at 8:00 in the morning, we felt so bad for the employees. won't recommend it.
