Food is really good and I usually order ubereats/door dash from here but I decided to stop in and pick up an order this time. The bathroom didn’t have any soap in dispenser, and the entire place had questionable sanitary practices and smelt dingy and just felt really dirty. Please keep your restaurant more hygienic. I won’t be ordering from here anymore in fear of getting a food borne illness.

Thanks for giving me a $19 dish with no rice when I asked in person if the rice is in the bag and the lady at the counter said yes. Maybe an English lesson would be good for the next meeting

Best thai fried rice and pad thai I ever had

If you love Thai food, then this place is a must! I was fortunate to work with the owner many years ago. He was an up and coming chef.
His food was fantastic and above all, he was kind.
I was saddened when he told us he was leaving but happy that he was chasing his dream. He now has two locations which tells you he knows what he’s doing.
Give him a try!

The food is tasty here BUT they need to do better with non veg portions. I ordered the seafood jungle curry couple of times and it had 3 medium size shrimp with 3 slim sized squids. Considering the price they charge for it I would definitely expect better quantity of seafood inclusion to the jungle curry else it’s a rip off!
Order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. Got the chicken basil, chicken pad kee mow, and the sticky rice with mango. The chicken basil was minced like the authentic Thai dish, but the dish had too much soy sauce and oyster sauce. The sauce was dark and a little thick. It didn’t really taste like chicken basil and it didn’t taste like the chicken basil from the other location. Partner got the pad kee mow. And I got the mango sticky rice, which was a nice size serving and included fresh strawberries. It had a pretty presentation. I had my leftover chicken basil boxed up by the service and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box at home. The plastic container had a separate compartment that the service placed the main entree and in the small compartment they put the rice to keep it all separate. Also, I recall, having only a little bit of rice left when I gave my plate to the service to pack. I think they snuck in a little extra rice to help with the amount of entrée I still had left. Overall, service was friendly. I don’t know how busy this location gets, but it look like they tried to maximize all the space, including putting bar height tables down the hall, right outside the restrooms.

Don’t waste your money on this 1-star fast food-quality place with sit-down restaurant prices.
The worst: The Crab Rangoon was a grainy tasteless mess, and did not taste like crab or cheese. Worst I’ve ever had. The crispy chicken rolls were also grainy and tasted nothing like chicken. Worse yet, they tasted like they had been fried and re-fried in vegetable oil all day, and then re-heated. Disgusting. The beef was rubbery. Overall, it’s clear they don’t use fresh ingredients.
The bad: The Tom Kha soup was a greasy and tomato-based watery broth, which should have had a coconut milk broth. How do you make Tom Kha soup greasy? They figured out how.
The unique but creepy: The music they played all-too-loudly on the overhead speakers was mostly 1980s songs, but with a creepy, breathy lady lounge singer lilting songs like “Forever Young” and “Lady in Red”. Reminded me of the movie “Lost in Translation,” with the creepy, maudlin American lounge singer lady whispering kitschy well-known tunes before bedding Bill Murray. The whole vibe was 100% “ick”, but if you like to cringe, it’s worth a visit just for the novelty and a laugh.
The okay: The Massaman Curry flavor was not bad, with a coconut milk texture that was well-seasoned to be sweet and spicy. If not for the rubbery beef, this would have been a decent dish. The beef tasted synthetic, or like it was on the verge of going bad.
The good: Their chicken in the Tom Kha soup actually tastes like chicken, and the mango smoothie was more like a slushie but still decent. The mangos were not quite ripe enough and the sticky rice was watery, but compared to everything else these were at least tasting like actual food.
The excellent: their service is excellent.
Unfortunately, while these are truly nice people, their food is sub-par and there are plenty of decent Thai restaurants nearby with better and fresher food for the same price with music that won’t creep you out.

Enjoyed the pad kee mao chicken with level 4 spice here. Decent sauce throughout, nice chewy noodles. Entree is $11.95 before tax and tip. Had leftovers to take home for dinner.

Really yummy thai food. No frills real thai food. It's casual seating and you order as you enter. Only thing missing, pepper pot should have thai chillies in vinegar but they have chillies hot oil.
Ordered, curry chicken noodle bowl, thai chow mein, red curry chicken, green curry chicken, pineapple fried rice and of course thai iced tea.
Overall great experience.

We love the food at Simply Thai restaurants at legacy. They turned off air conditioning 30 mins before the closing time and were rudely mentioning that they are closing. We had to pack everything Togo and leave.

They lost a customer tonight. Received a delivery, didn’t include a key part of the entree, called them and they refused to do anything about it. No discount, no offer to make it right. They just said sorry. We won’t go back. Saucy’s is better anyway.
