This is a fairly new restaurant so you would expect them to be on top of things. Unfortunately waiting five minutes to be acknowledged in the lobby before anyone says anything to you and then waiting 20 minutes for a chicken strip wrap when you are the only person in the place is a bit unacceptable. There seem to be about four or five employees working so I'm not sure what they were doing but paying attention to the customers standing in the lobby was not one of them. I would suggest better training from management on down.Better luck next time. Two stars. Back to Canes.

I got the Buffalo Mac and cheese bowl with a drink. The bowl is a good size, the Buffalo sauce isn’t overpowering, and I like the garnish.

Well, it's not the best as far as organization. Just got a chicken sandwich, nothing special. The gentleman gave me my drink and receipt, then told me "hopefully it'll be out soon." Ten minutes later, it did come out, but I'm not sure I would classify that as "soon". Again, I didn't order anything crazy, just a sandwich with no substitutions. Maybe it was a particularly tough day for them, but it didn't seem busy to me. Hopefully, if I go back, it'll be a little better.

$30 for two adult meals and a dessert and we got all room temperature chicken and fries. It was not busy at all so there is no excuse for the food to not be made to order.I brought this up to the manger who was very kind and receptive to the feed back.

This is the only place I know of that sells fried mushrooms in the drive thru. They're soooo good! Fried okra is good and the wings too! Pretty unique choices. Definitely recommend!
