Jose makes the best daily worrier ever! Made my day! Highly recommend! Now all they need is Ben & Larries protein pizza 🍕 flavored pretzels 🥨. Don’t judge, try them & thank me later! Don’t sleep on smoothie king! Definitely a life hack for all your multivitamin's, joint & muscle health!

Absolute worst customer service. Messed up drink-understand it happens time to time-yet failed to remake before serving multiple cars in drive through. Manager on floor-did not intervene. Handed my drink to me 15-20 mins later and said nothing. The young man said “well I didn’t mess it up”. Nice job leadership. True reflection of how you train and lead. Never again. Horrible experience.

Health violation to allow an employee to wear a gauze pad with the bandage wrap around her arm with short sleeves on while handling drinks/food. Blood could leak from the gauze or the gauze could fall in the drink. That was disgusting. That’s what they put on you at the hospital after they draw blood. I should report this to the health department.
I am absolutely horrified by my recent experience with smoothie king. My son has a severe nut allergy, and despite clearly stating this when placing our order, his drink was made with nuts, leading to a life-threatening situation. He ended up in the hospital because of their negligence.
This is not just a simple mistake—it’s a serious failure to prioritize customer safety. Allergies are no joke, and food establishments have a responsibility to handle them with the utmost care. I trusted this company to provide a safe product for my child, and they failed miserably.
I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise anyone with food allergies to avoid them at all costs. Their carelessness could cost someone their life.

Horrible Horrible! I’ve literally had a bad experience every single time I visited this location being that this is the closet SK to my gym. Either the smoothies are horrible or the customer service. Sometimes both! Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time and money at this location

My main issue here is that we scanned a reward that was $4 off $20 but she said we could only use it on 20 ounce drinks when the app clearly says 20 ounce or larger. What’s the point of scanning points and earning rewards if you can’t use them.
The absolute worst experience, stopped by Sunday around 5pm stood there and waited just 10min to get greeted and my order taken. 30min waisted for one smoothie, I should have tried it at the store I ended up trashing it was so watered down no flavor at all. They kept making drive through drinks leaving me waiting, Never coming back to this location. I’m so upset I might stop getting smoothie king all together
