I am a very patient man and respect servers but this is ridiculous. Came in at about 10:10...There was one young lady making a smoothie in sloooooo motion...No acknowledgemeant of any sort...Finally a young lady came from the back around 10:16...Didn't seem to acknowledge the customer ahead of me...In short VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Very low vibrational young ladies...I just left before their energy rubbed off on me...They really seem like they hate their jobs...Run the tape back....6/30 10:10

I really got disappointed today. I ordered through mobile order 20 minutes in advance. The time I got there the lady could not find my order and were asking constantly the order name. Telling her the order name over 5 times. She kept me more than 20 minutes inside the store. Don’t order this store especially if it is morning. They are not on the mood to get your order ready.

I had a friend pick up my smoothie for me. It looked and tasted horrible. It had chunks of ingredients in it. When you sipped it you had to chew the smoothie. It was very light green with chucks. I have been a customer for years and have never had a smoothie taste this bad. I would have taken it back but I am healing from a broken ankle and can't drive. I took pictures of the smoothie. I wasted my money and threw it away. I am not happy.
Update: I did put a review out on the Smoothie King forum and I NEVER received a response!
