This Smoothie King has such a positive and welcoming vibe every time I come in! The staff are super friendly and always in a good mood, even when it’s busy. They make sure every smoothie is done right and served quickly, and the store’s always clean and organized, and you can tell the team really takes pride in their work. Easily one of my favorite spots to stop by for a boost!

Today I visited and the two employees there were patient and understanding. They talked me through all the various ways I could accomplish my goals with the various smoothies. Everyone went above and beyond. One of the best experiences I have had in a while. For service, 5 stars just doesn't seem to give justice, the employees went far beyond any expectations.
Easy access for handicapped and seats at the entrance.
Perfect location for an outing.

Very poor customer service. I accidentally order from the wrong Eldorado location. I immediately called and cancelled the order. I was told a manager would refund the purchase. This was 2 weeks ago. Each time I call, there is NEVER a manager at this location to speak with.

I was so excited being almost 9months pregnant, craving an açaí bowl when I saw that yall were open this evening! I walked in at 9:30pm, the hours on the door say you close at 10p. The lights were on there was another customer waiting for their smoothie. 1 girl cleaning and one girl making the smoothie- when I got to the counter the girl looked annoyed - I get it yall close at 10 and here I am at 9:30 but again your hours say till 10 on the door and it’s not like I was looking to sit down and have a meal. When she asked what I wanted and I said I wanted a cocoa haze bowl she informed me that they didn’t make bowls after 8pm. I’ve never had that happen to me at any other smoothie king before but ok. As soon as I walked out she turned out the lights as 2 other customers were coming in. You either need to clarify your hours or inform your employee that you close at 10 and not 9:30.

Smoothies usually taste good, though I have had a bland tasting one a couple of times; almost like ice was blended in in place of some ingredients. My biggest complaint is that they don’t fill their cups to the top. I order the 44 oz smoothie and get about 41 oz worth. With smoothies this highly priced, every ounce counts. And if I’m paying for a certain amount of ounces, I want every ounce of it.

This location pretty good at getting my orders right. Looks like there some new ppl there and didn't get my order right the 1st time but didn't apologize just corrected.
The young ladies need coaching on customer service. No greeting when walking in and did not look happy to be there, it's off putting. Hope the guys are still working there..

I ordered an acai bowl, and it was delicious. The place is small, so it’s best for takeout. There are only two tables available for dining in.
expensive…. but very good! the staff was nice and made me laugh very tasty (but i am a sucker for frozen fruit) i love this place but i don’t go here often because it’s just too expensive but if they were to lower prices i think i would go there more often and spend even more money then if it wasnt 12 per acai bowl. i love how you can add vitamins and mineral powders it’s a really cool concept!

Came in to get a smoothie for my wife at 9:40 on 11/30, right before closing. The girl working took my order with a smile, even though they were about to close, and made it perfect.
10/10 experience, this location rocks.

Walked in with fiancé and her kid. Wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged. Asked if they wanted to take our order and I received an eye roll. Manager of some sort was walking around with a clipboard doing some sort of inventory count. We proceeded to place an order for one drink and waited. Then waited some more and some more. Meanwhile one guy was still taking orders while another was making orders for Uber and DoorDash. Fiancé asked if they planed on making our one drink. Got a “ yeah we are busy” Told the kid to make the smoothie or refund us. He again rolled his eyes made the smoothie handed it to me then eyed balled me like he was going to step around the counter and do something. Do your job , make me my smoothie and move along. Next time you might just get what you eye . Avoid this place at all cost.
