Walked in with fiancé and her kid. Wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged. Asked if they wanted to take our order and I received an eye roll. Manager of some sort was walking around with a clipboard doing some sort of inventory count. We proceeded to place an order for one drink and waited. Then waited some more and some more. Meanwhile one guy was still taking orders while another was making orders for Uber and DoorDash. Fiancé asked if they planed on making our one drink. Got a “ yeah we are busy” Told the kid to make the smoothie or refund us. He again rolled his eyes made the smoothie handed it to me then eyed balled me like he was going to step around the counter and do something. Do your job , make me my smoothie and move along. Next time you might just get what you eye . Avoid this place at all cost.

Whole environment was disgusting to be around the employees were not nice to me not respectful and they didn't wipe of the spilled smoothie on the side

Stopped by for some early morning smoothies with the kids. They both had the Angel food smoothie and we added blueberries and Greek yogurt. They were really really good. I hadn’t been here in a while and the guy at the counter was very patient with all my questions. I wanted to give 5 stars. However, the lobby was kinda dirty and the ceiling vents were very dirty. Like I said, the service and the smoothies were great.

Went to Smoothie King at location 16120 Frisco Tx and they charged me over the amount of two smoothies even after I showed them my reward and my receipt. When I asked for my money that they over charged me, They said it wasn't a refund policy and there wasn't nothing they could do about it but to give me a so call free smoothie that they over charged
me anyway, but that
may or may not occur once the manager gets back in the store but never informed of what day that would be. So once they made the smoothie it wasn't even made right. The young lady, that had to make it over the second time got very upset, and started to slam the top of the machine down. She never apologized for making it wrong. Once I got the smoothie it was worst then the first one that was made. So I gave the smoothie back to her because by this time I'm very upset. So I paid money just to walk in there place of business. Stop You May Get Charged For Just Walking In.

I purchased an açai bowl today and it was half full and I’m disappointed. In the pictures provided you can see two different sides of the bowl was just full of granola (no I didn’t add extra granola) and no açai. Also, there was very little fruit at the top, i’ve gotten a bowl from here quite a few times and have never been disappointed until today.

I paid 12.98 for just 1 acai bowl, nothing extra added. I think that's a little bit pricey, and I didn't really like the acai bowl either. I think the staff is alright, and I like the way they arranged the chairs

It’s absolutely disgusting to have to pull hair out of my smoothie,which I had to do multiple times in one drink.The customer service was robotic and unwelcoming.Its crazy how bad this chain has become.

I alternate between this location and the one off 380 pretty religiously. My orders are always ready by the time I arrive and I’ve never had any issues. The employees are pretty laid back but Trey in particular is an absolute sweetheart! I lost track of time and called to place my order shortly before they closed. Trey was patient with me and had my order ready to go with a smile on his face.I will definitely continue to come to this location!

Took a delivery from smoothie king. Used there app. This isn't the first time but multiple times I have noticed this that the staff or perhaps whoever delivers the order does not have the decency to bag the order or put a seal on the lid so atleast we have the peace of mind that the delivery person haven't been drinking the order. In this case the smoothie is spilling out of the hole, looks like the delivery person had a few sips, the lid isn't sealed and the smoothie isn't bagged properly. Straw flying the other direction and left on the door step as if it's feces! If it is please let us know so we don't order from this store again. No standards followed whatsoever. Now I'm not even sure if I should be drinking this. Is it so difficult to seal the lid or bag an item before it leaves the store? Or have we just lost all the basic values? If you have lost all the basic values please let me know.

I normally would give this place a 5 star, been coming here for years. The last couple months it seems the lack of caring is at a all time high. Multiple times they get the order wrong after I repeat atleast 2 times to make it easier on them so as to only make it once. Management please fix, not one person but multiple employees. It's an easy fix, good luck and hope it gets better asap!
