I always get the hot honey chicken grain bowl and it is my favorite lunch ever. The dressing is the best flavor and is always the perfect amount. All of the staff was super nice and welcoming. Tracy helped me out and did a great job. I love coming here and will continue to do so!! The staff, including manager, Chad and employee, Peyton, are always welcoming and smiling and provide more than exemplary service to us—down to remembering our order better than we do! Ordered carry out. Took 30 minutes and staff complained I ordered double chicken the entire time. No one was in the store and took them double estimated time. Staff even stopped working to discuss why one of the employees was standing there not working. Another employee commented on a woman walking through the door. Terrible experience. Won’t be back to a snappy again. Wished they never closed the one closer to Plano.There was one person there, longer hair, worked hard on my order and cared.

I come here almost everyday for lunch and Snappy Salads in Frisco is always on point! Fast and always delicious! Chad is my favorite. Such a hard worker and needs a raise immediately!
Incredibly rude staff. I was literally the only person in the restaurant. It was raining, and the lady told me to go back outside and order online on my phone. Wow.

We ordered from here for a office lunch and we were told 20 minutes before we were suppose to get our order that the card on file didn’t work. Then we waited over an hour for our food past the time we chose to have it dropped off. Tried calling the restaurant to see what was happening with our order and it went straight to voicemail everytime. When the order was finally dropped off it was left outside the building of our office although our notes on the order said to give it to the front desk on the second floor. We finally got through to someone to complain and they just forwarded us to a corporate number who never got back to us. Food was great but this experience was disappointing.

Just visited the location on Main and Tollway, three staff members ignored me for several minutes while do other things, not a "hello or welcome" "we will be right with you" "I'm sorry you had to wait" I was the only person in the store.While filling the lettuce one of the bags fell on the floor while they continue to fill the lettuce using the other bags at the end, pick the one up off the floor didn't clean it, didn't wipe it off, but added it to the other lettuce, and when I asked if that was the bag from the floor, she said yeah, it's only outside that's dirty .Rude staff and not sure what else hasn't been cleaned. Keep your salad I will eat elsewhere.
