I had a very disappointing and disturbing experience at this bar. After the bartender (J.J.) threw away my non-alcoholic energy drink without warning, I got frustrated and used language I regret. I was then kicked out… fair enough.
But as I was leaving, a male staff member (older, grey hair, foreign) chased me down, screamed at me, and threatened my life multiple times, physically blocking me from getting into my car. It got so bad that strangers had to step in to help me leave safely.
No customer deserves to feel unsafe or have their life threatened over a verbal disagreement. I truly hope the management addresses this kind of behavior.

My last visit to this place is very disappointing. Veru rude service from one of the lady working here! Verify your check amount while signing, they charged us more and when i called them back to correct it they took my number and said manager will call back but no response till now, Its been 2 weeks. I will not recommend this place, there are better places around with good food and drinks.

I visited this establishment yesterday and was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding their mandatory tip %. The policy was not disclosed on the menu or by the staff before we ordered. Only when the check arrived did we see an automatic gratuity added. I understand that service charges are legal when disclosed up front, but customers should be informed before committing to an order. Clear, proactive communication would go a long way toward building trust and avoiding surprises at the end of an otherwise enjoyable meal.

Place is dirty and tables are ALWAYS taken by the pool league and tournaments and stuff. Very lame
This place is racist and they don’t take accountability they are all owned by the same person so they all the same I’m looking for a lawyer to sue then defamation of character , discrimination and the stress . The called the police on me saying I had a fight there but I haven’t been there over a year at first the general manger was nice until I start posting about it oh well you have to bring awareness to this I keep begging them to post the video of this fought they say I had but the refuse ! If your a black wiman don’t go until they find the real person that had this fight at the restaurant

I went in Saturday to have a drink while looking at the food menu police approached me and said I had a fight two weeks ago and the waitress is uncomfortable serving me only issue is I haven’t been here in over a year . I was crying and shaking my anxiety was through the roof I begged themto
Run the camera they refused . I still try to pay the waitress didn’t want my money . I promise I have not been here in a while and surely didn’t fight . I called the district manager he was sooo nice he got back with me checked on me the owner has not reached out but to tell me I left the review in the wrong page not to address the bigger issue it makes me think this is ok with him . So if your a black woman in your 30s I advise you not to go here until they find out who was actually fighting at the bar because to them we all look alike I have a citation and I’m humiliated over a mistaken of identity I will start looking into
