Love this place. Pricey for breakfast? Oh absolutely. Worth it? I really can’t say no and wish I could haha. Food is phenomenal, truly. I don’t even like breakfast foods that much but this place does breakfast right. They do some magic in the kitchen and these are breakfasts fit for royalty. I mean, for the price it better be but it certainly amounts to it. We will be back, and we do recommend this place. Until next time!

Such a cool vibe and wonderful atmosphere. Food was so fresh and flavorful with great service and recommendations from Taylore. Definitely need to try it if you haven’t and go for the pancakes. You won’t be disappointed!

I would give It ZERO stars if I could!! Our waitress did not want to be there- sat for 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink order, when we finally ordered she brought the food and never came back to refill our coffee and water (same drink from the beginning). Had to ask another waitress for our ticket. Manager walked by us SEVERAL TIMES & never checked on us!! Will never return!!

Long post alert if you like to read:
Imagine floating into brunch land, where the air smells like pancake dreams and the coffee pours with gentle optimism—that’s basically Snooze in Frisco. The food? A sunrise in every bite. The menu gave me options that made my taste buds dance, and the ample parking made the arrival smoother than their hollandaise.

The vibes inside buzzed with energy—happy chatter, clinking mugs, and the rhythm of a weekend morning done right. Then came the bill... not exactly a snooze-worthy number, but fair enough for the quality.

Now, here’s where my sunny-side-up mood turned a little scrambled. I bought into their gift card special—spend $50, get $10—only to find out I couldn’t use my freshly-purchased card on the same visit. The manager’s response felt more “eh” than “eggs-tra helpful,” which left the experience cooling faster than an abandoned short stack.

So, while Snooze delivered brunch bliss in flavor and atmosphere, the customer service left me yawning in confusion. Will I go back? Still deciding if it’s worth waking up early for another round of this brunch paradox.

Snooze AM Eatery is easily one of the best breakfast spots around. The vibe is fun, welcoming, and upbeat, and the staff always makes you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in.

The food is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and creative without trying too hard. Every dish feels like it’s made with care, and everything I’ve tried has been a hit. The coffee is great, the portions are solid, and the overall experience is just consistently awesome.

If you’re looking for a breakfast or brunch spot that actually delivers on quality and service, Snooze AM Eatery is the place. Highly recommend!

Great biscuits and gravy, EXCELLENT pancakes. It seems like a fusion concept restaurant to me. The sausage is sweet, which we were not fans of.
Great service.

The burrata breakfast toast was absolutely amazing! We ordered the burrito, bacon, and the French toast flight. All so good. The lavender latte was light and just right.

Snooze (Frisco) — The Brunch Line From Hell

Let me save you two hours of your life: don’t do it.

This Snooze location is way too small for the cult following they’ve built. I waited two full hours for a table — long enough to question every brunch decision I’ve made since 2004.

And once you sit, you don’t even relax.
Why?
Because there’s a crowd of hungry, desperate humans hovering by the entrance, staring at you like they’re waiting for a table in The Hunger Games. Nothing says “bon appétit” like a dozen strangers silently begging you to finish your eggs.

The restaurant feels cramped, chaotic, and completely unprepared for its own popularity.
And the bathrooms?
Two single-stall bathrooms… for the entire restaurant.
I’ve seen better restroom infrastructure at gas stations off I-35.

The food was fine. Good, even.
But nothing on this menu is worth:
• a two-hour wait
• a stressed-out staff running at 120%
• and a dining room that feels like airport seating during a flight delay

Snooze corporate did this team dirty with this layout. They needed space, seats, flow — something. Instead they got a brunch pressure cooker.

If you’re looking for a chill, laid-back brunch?
This ain’t it.
This is cardio.

Avoid unless you enjoy standing, waiting, and being watched while you chew.
