Food was great. Waitress was rude. Seemed annoyed that we were there.

The food is average with limited vegetarian options. One major disappointment was the orange juice - it was NOT fresh. Initially, they claimed it was freshly squeezed, but once we tasted it, it was obvious that wasn’t the case. When I confronted them, they backtracked and said their 'factory' freshly squeezes it- whatever that means. That kind of misleading information is frustrating. That said, the service itself was fantastic, and I don’t blame the server for management’s choice to sell factory-produced OJ instead of being upfront about it.

Poor customer service. Rude. Overpriced. Much better breakfast or brunch locations in area.
I ordered the crab and asparagus omelet ( I love crab asparagus and eggs)
I had one bite and immediately ran out the door to the ER to make sure it was not rancid!
I will never eat here again. You could not pay me to go here!

I went to snooze first time in Colorado in 2017 and have loved the food since then. I am not sure but I see a difference in snooze restaurants specifically between frisco and Addison. Addison is quite far from home but is way better in all aspects as compared to frisco. Can’t tell what is the issue, but Addison has the same Colorado vibe but frisco doesn’t.

I’ve been to other Snooze locations and always had a great experience, but unfortunately, the Frisco location didn’t live up to the same standard. Ordered the Classic with eggs and bacon, specifically requested the bacon to be crispy but still gooey—what I got was far from it. The bacon was either not crispy at all or completely burnt, which was disappointing.
Also ordered the Pancake Flight with Cinnamon Roll, Pineapple Upside Down, and Blueberry flavors. The cinnamon roll pancake was the only one that really hit the spot, while the others fell flat. What really sets this location apart (in a bad way) is the service. Other Snooze locations make sure your order is perfect and genuinely care about the experience, but here, there was an air of indifference, almost like they were doing you a favor by serving you. Definitely not the level of hospitality I’ve come to expect from Snooze.
Would I return? Maybe—to another location. But the Frisco spot needs to step it up.

I've been coming to Snooze for over a decade, but there is something about this specific location that seems to always have issues. This last week I finally reached my limit when it took 20 minutes for our waitress to appear and 40 minutes for us to receive water (which I only did because I flagged down the host). The other table in our section was not as patient and us and left at the 30 minute mark (who can blame them, really?), but I was determined to get the breakfast tacos I was craving. Unfortunately, the tacos I waited an hour four were (shockingly!) cold :( I appreciate our waitress taking the tacos off our bill, but after many visits of poor service, cold food, and wrong orders, that is not enough for me to decide to come back.

I've been to Snooze A.M. Eatery before in Austin, TX, and had an enjoyable experience, and the food was good. I came here today and had a very different experience.
When I first walked, even though I was on the waitlist, I was able to get a seat immediately for my party of two. Our server was a lady named Aneta. Off the bat, I knew this was going to be a flat server experience because she just handed us the end and swung back around about 5 minutes later and asked what we wanted to drink in a disinterested way. I suggested we start off with water while we figured out exactly what we want to drink. We were served water, and I asked for straws. Her expression was as if I shouldn't have asked for any straws because it was unreasonable. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there.
My wife and I ordered the Spuds Deluxe and the Protein Trio Omelette. For beverages, we ordered a Latte flavored with caramel, Vanilla, and Cranberry juice. I will say I wish I was told about the 75-cent upcharge per flavor for my latte upfront. My latte was okay. No real complaints there. It's not the most impressive, but it's far from terrible. I have nothing bad to report on the Cranberry juice.
My wife's Spuds Deluxe was served with spinach and barbocoa as enhancements. She said her meal was lacking flavor. Since Aneta didn't check in with us to see if we needed anything at this point since we received our food I had to ask the lady that greeted us for some Yellow Bird hot sauce. We had asked Aneta before, but she initially brought us Tabasco; then I asked if we could have one of the other options available. Which she did bring, but my wife wanted the Yellow Bird Serrano hot sauce. Shout out to our greeter for making this happen for us!!! My wife's food was getting cold waiting on this exact hot sauce. Her meal was lacking salt as well. Overall she only ate half, because she didn't enjoy it.
My Protein Trio Omelette was quite delicious. The omelet was cooked perfectly; the meats were delicious, and the eggs were very flavorful. I added salt and pepper to mine, but I don't think this omelet is seasoned beforehand, which is okay with me. My hash browns were good, too. I prefer mine fried hard but it was okay fried medium as the outside was crispy. My toasted English muffin was perfect and the accompanying jam was delicious. I really enjoyed my meal and definitely recommend this.
So, a few things occurred that affected my experience. My salt shaker has a strand of hair hanging out of it from the inside. Since our waiter still hadn't checked in with us by this time,, we asked the bus guy to clean this salt shak,e, and he hardly obliged. We had a spider lowering itself from its web in between us. I removed it and left it in the napkin for proper removal. My wife doesn't like spiders, however. Aneta eventually checked in, but by this time, others had assisted us with our needs. Aneta brought us a ketchup bottle that was barely filled; I had to ration my usage as I ate my meal for fear of squirting the last amount of ketchup left in the bottle. We did want to put in a to-go order for our kids, but Aneta just brought the bill without asking if we needed anything else. This was presented in an unprofessional way.
I did let Aneta know why I felt the service was bad. She told me this is how things are done and shrugged my concerns off. I addressed her because it wasn't egregious enough to complain to a manager, but she showed me through her responses and body language she didn't care.
April, the manager, did save the day. She listened to my concerns and went above and begin by adjusting our bill and throwing in a coupon. I also found she used to manage the previous Snooze A.M. I went to at the N.Lamar location in Austin. She was very accommodating and promised to Coach Aneta. Because of her intervention, I'll be back here and I'll recommend eating he

Restaurant full of staff with only one waitress visibly working. Sat for 10 minutes, no one came to the table. Left without notice. Restaurant had maybe 5 tables of guest. Disappointed our local Snooze is so bad, the locations in Denver were over the top amazing. Hopefully you can find some new leadership soon.

Food was really good, I had the OMG French toast, I probably wouldn't get it again and try the pancakes but the hash browns were delicious. We also ordered the breakfast fried rice with pork belly that was fantastic! Our waitress was terrible, never checking on us, no refills, not clearing our empty dishes and not informative

Omg the portions! The food was tasty they give healthy portions. Nice relaxed brunch spot with good breakfast drinks. We had the corned beef hash which was very flavorful. Also the spuds delux with chicken sausage…this dish was good as well, I just had to add a little salt for flavor but it was still tasty. We also get there fluffy pancakes on the side. They are really huge 2 ppl can share 1 pancake. I only ate half of my pancake. The service was awesome…good place to visit.
The blackberry drink was my fav!

Only have been to snooze twice (once in Colorado and once in Frisco). The food was great each time and did not change. The atmosphere in Frisco was a little lack luster though. The restaurant was not that clean and the layout lacks feng shui, but that’s just my opinion! I would eat here again but it might not be my first choice!
