This is my third visit to this location, and they’ve messed up my order on two of those visits. The quality of both the service and the food has gone downhill compared to years ago. Honestly, I can get better service and accuracy at In-N-Out than at this Sonic. They one give burnt bacon or the wrong burger

They have removed half of the stalls for either mobile ordering only or eating only. I haven't been able to use the new credit card system because it's been down for who knows how long now. I think I'm going to pass on this location for a while.

This Place Is Absolutely Heartbreaking. I Mean This Is Frisco,Texas Right?? 3 Times I've Had To Walk Away From This Establishment Without Food. Only Zero Customer Service. I'll Never Return. My $21 Is Being Spent At WayBack Burger Across The Street. Better Customer Service & Better Food.

I ordered 3 mozzarella sticks through the app for my friend and I. I got 2 dipping sauces. Still hungry, i ordered AGAIN 3 mozzarella’s sticks and staff REFUSED to give me a dipping sauce. I requested the manager who was NOT nice, was rude and sarcastic and gave us a final NO. The manager wanted us to purchase the dipping sauce. Why? I ordered a new 3 mozzarella sticks, i dont understand so He walked away. That was how he chose to resolve our problem.

I waited 20 minutes for food. burgers were so cold, cheese wasn't even melted.
Timing is HORRIBLE here , and why did yall make 90% of the stalls for mobile orders if we are still waiting 20-40 minutes for them?! This has been a long going issue, management and owners seriously need to do better, the only reason I continue to come back is because corn dogs are my sons safe foods and half the time they are dried / burnt , those he will not touch at all
