Worse service ever.If the company tries to host an even, please make sure all the workers can handle the crowd.Order a dink and wait for 30 mins and nothing come out.Asked manager for a refund. She asked me to wait till she handled other customers first with ( same issue).Finally, we asked for a receipt, and she said no receipts!!??

I came to order 2 floats. I am on my lunch break and I placed the order 18 minutes ago. I’m not sure what goes into making the floats, but it feels like it shouldn’t take this long.

Every couple months I crave a coney cheese dog with onions and go to this location. The last few times I have ordered this and received no onions. The person delivering my order does not say the order is missing anything and I get home and no onions. It wouldn't be a big deal but I tip before taking the order and leaving. Even my receipt shows I ordered the onions on a chili cheese dog combo. My check #81 3/23/24 at 12:20pm. Please double check orders.

The website said the store opened at 8:00 am. I arrived at 8:30. I put in my order at 8:39. No one else was in the parking lot. Nothing. I walked to the window at 8:52. 2 employees were talking in the back avoiding eye contact. I wasn’t being ugly. I just wanted to know what was going on. Woman came to door and said 5 minutes for manager. I waited 5 more minutes in my car. Still nothing. I left without my order. I would like my $4 back please. Thankfully I didn’t pay more. It was a simple drink that didn’t take a rocket scientist to fill.

I’ve had a horrible experience here several times in a row. The service is unbearably slow. I ordered 2 shakes and a coke and left after not receiving my order more than 20 minutes later. I have had several experiences like this and originally hoped it was just an “off day”, but it seems every day is an off day for this Sonic.

This location has always been slower than most. On my most recent visit I placed my order at 6:35 pm on the app. The app said it it would be ready by 6:41 pm. At 7:01 pm we asked the hop and he made excuses. We just left at that point as it was obvious the food was never going to arrive.
