Pulled into sonic with my daughter in-law a couple of days ago for a quick bite of a smash burger.. it took way too long for the order to be taken and once taken it took another 15-20 minutes to get our order.. asked to speak with the general manager and basically was blown off.. because no one called or came out to speak with me about the length of time it took to get our order... Also the gentleman that was just standing there either texting or watching videos who looked like he may have been the manager never lifted his face from his phone when the carhop let him know I needed to speak with him... I'm guessing they don't want the business there...

Food at sonic is good but waiting 20+ minutes for it defeats the purpose of ordering fast food. Might as well stop at any other fast food to get your order in a timely fashion.

Every time I come to this location it’s always an issue. Just left the drive through and the guy stated he can’t take my order right now because system just crashed…..however there were other vehicles in front of me. The last time they burned my food completely dark. Burned to crispy. This time it’s ordering? It’s already very few options in the area for lunch and they are always having issues

How do you have one employee working?? I waited for 10 minutes with the red button but the car next to me pulls up and gets waited on within seconds. My goodness come on sonic!
My husband ordered two drinks. When they came out they only had one drink and informed him that they did not have one of the drinks he ordered. He asked if he could replace it with something else and they told him no. He asked if he could have a refund and they told him he had to contact the headquarters for a refund. Very ridiculous and unprofessional.

I’ve gone to this sonic for years, and have never really had problems here. Until tonight, I ordered a drink through the mobile app and already had it paid for. Then they came out and told me they were out of that drink, so I asked if I could just get something else instead. They told me their manager told them they weren’t allowed to. When I asked why they just said their manager said no. Then I asked for a refund, and they said the same thing. Their manager said they can’t give me one and I’d have to call and go through the cooperate customer service. I don’t understand how i paid for a drink and then when sonic doesn’t have it, I have to go through the hassle of their customer service for 3 dollars……unbelievable. Make it make sense.

This Sonic in comparison to the one on 423 near Panther Creek is like God's gift to Earth. They are fast and service is good and food and drinks taste fresh(like machines are cleaned). I came to this one 2 weeks back also and it was the same way.
