This Sonic has horrible customer service, especially at night. The employees take forever to respond on the intercom and rush you through your order and hang up without saying anything. No confirmation of whether they are bringing the orders out or anything. They just expect you to sit there and wait as they magically show up on their own time. The attitudes of the employees here is awful and truly makes this place unpleasant to visit. Can’t say I recommend going to this location it’s not worth the frustration. Go somewhere else that has quality service because this location is not up to part and quite frankly needs a remedial training on customer service skills and overall better management.

Very rude male worker with dirty long unwahed hair. I told him 5 times 4 milk shakes. He keeps saying 2? I spelled it for him: f o u r. He keeps saying 2? I told him twice 1, 2, 3 ,4. Finally he got out. I told him 5 times I spelled why can't you hear? He said you don't have to yell. I said to him you don't have to teach your customers what to do. And he said I am not going to sell food for you. When I said about bad review and calling corporate office. He said fine, I will call cops. Basically these young loosers super upset to work for rich boss and big corporations. They need to be treated good even if they make mistakes. They wish the whole world be like them: stupid, no signs of testosterone, 2 hair in a beard, no shower for 1 week and need to be treated good. And mistakes are fine bcs mommy said so. And on the top of everything whataburger and McDonald's have a huge line of people. This dude have 2 cars and still drives customers away. He is definitely has profit mind set. Hoping his boss will get as poor as him

It's not a good experience. They've shut down over half the bays and want to force you to order in an app or go through their drive-through, which is crowded and slow. 3 of the few bays available are for mobile order pickup only, so if you pull in and try to order, they won't let you. I won't be back to this Sonic. I hate this setup.

I stop at a few Sonics in the area and this one struggles. New management but it continues to be challenged with Diet Coke or Sprite Zero stock issues and high turnover or carhops. I have more coupons for free cones or a meal because my simple online 44oz Diet Coke order can't be filled. Some of the challenge is probably the app, but since it's 1/2 price in app it's what I use. There are employees here who try hard but they never seem to last. I'm not expecting top level service, but it shouldn't take 10 mins to get a drink order when you check in.

Hot mess where they are forcing you to use the app or go through the drive thru. Sonic is about ordering in the stall and “driving in” maybe spend some money to keep your computers working. Will not be back I hate this new set up.

The worker wouldn’t take my order at the drive up stall. He said it’s for mobile orders only and I had to go the drive thru. I just left because I don’t want to go through the drive through. I like to go to sonic, order, and sit in my car and eat. Why would you change your whole brand that everyone knows? It’s literally called Sonic Drive-In not Drive-Thru. All the reviews are 1 star complaining about the mobile app ordering.

I would have provided a review in the link that was in the email sent to me, but it took me to an unsecured website that didn’t work.Stopped at the drive-thru and no one responded. Got to the stall and I was asked to order through the app. I didn’t like the experience of showing up to place an order then being told to do it via the app. It added more time to my stop than necessary.I will not be back to this Sonic location or any others that operate this way. Hopefully this isn’t the future of Sonic ?

Had the absolute worst fast food experience of my life here today. Waited 40 minutes and still never received my order. When I asked for the 2nd time how much longer I would have to wait (was during my lunch break which was almost over) the little brat hung up the first time and when I hit the button again I was told "it will be ready when it's ready" made my blood boil. Girl was lucky I needed to go back to work. I left, called customer service (who were very present), and got a full refund. DO NOT EAT HERE!

There were only 7 working stalls. The button on our stall didn't work. We had to order in the app. The servers delivered the food quickly, but didn't seem to care that the equipment didn't work or that we there until our order came up. I would not recommend this Sonic. It's too bad because it is in a nice part of town near the soccer fields and downtown.

Why would anyone go to this location that you can’t order from a stall? Wait times in drive through are 15-20 minutes. Service is the worst. They come out and get your credit card while you are in line forcing you to wait for your food instead of giving up and getting out of line. Then they can’t get order right.

My order is wrong 95% of the time. No more drive up and order like normal Sonics. It’s all forced to be ordered thru their app or you can go thru the drive thru. If you go thru drive thru, the line backs up and blocked those that are parked in the stalls that people ordered thru the app/online and no one can get out or you run the risk of impatient people backing into your vehicle if you’re in the drive thru lane. Drive thru is a standstill (I gave up after 7 mins of never moving an inch). No one answers the phones. Nightmare location! Do not come here!

Food is very slow, it is run by a bunch of young kids. It takes 20-30 mins to get any food and normally it is wrong. They need to rename this from fast food to very very slow low quality food!
