Abuzial (Faris) is only kind to you if you’re a pretty girl. He was chatting it up with some girls and giving them the friendliest service I ever seen but when I asked for my online order, he said “we don’t do that” and when I showed him my screen showing I ordered on the app, all he did was shake his head. I left and took it up with corporate. He has a punchable face

The guy named Faris was extremely rude and unprofessional. Too busy on his phone to look up to take an order and will be snappy and rude if you have questions. Sonic needs to rethink the people they have running registers.

Service was good. The server was as polite and helpful as possible but regardless of the level of service, I cannot overlook the glaring lack of standards and neglect of food safety. This location does not disassemble and thoroughly clean their tea urns. Plain and simple. You remove the spout, scrub the spout and urn, sanitize, air dry. That’s it. The black substance on the lid was bad but the black substance IN the cup was far more concerning but still not as horrendous as an actual bug floating in my tea. All of which likely could have been avoided if the urns were properly cleaned consistently. I strongly suggest all members of the leadership team at this location retakes their ServSafe certifications because food is not an industry you can neglect safety procedures. People get sick, people die from neglect at restaurants and while this may not be as severe as other health concerns, it is a glaring clue at the state of their kitchen. Do better if you’re going to serve.

Ordered on the app, it tells me to provide my stall # when I get there (as it usually does) except this one is IN A MALL. there’s no stall or drive-up option in sight. Extremely frustrating. I blame the app, it shouldn’t allow me to order for drive up if it’s not a drive up location. Money wasted.

This location, store 4296, located in the Stonebriar Mall, is in need of being demolished.I ordered from the app today. The app didn’t tell me that is is the one location in existence that isn’t a real sonic and does not have a drive up system, like all Sonic’s do. This one’s in a mall. Fine, cool. Put an alert on your flipping app to keep people from wasting their time and money.I ordered lunch today from the app for pickup at my nearest location. I go drive around looking for it and I eventually find out it’s INSIDE the mall. Wow. Cool.Neat.I’m unable to get out and go grab my food, because at this point I am out of time. So I try to cancel the order on the app, and it tells me I cannot cancel because the order is being made. Weird, never checked in but okay.So I call the store MULTIPLE times and wait a long time each time. Never got answered.To say I’m irritated would be the understatement of the entirety of 2024.You quite literally stole my money and made it impossible to get rectified without submitting flipping feedback.

The short guy “assistant manager” with an accent is very immature and rude. Upcharged me for stuff I did not order and had an attitude with me. Also couldn’t look up from his phone long enough to take an order.UPDATE- I witnessed the same employee yelling at a group of children because they were “taking too long to order” This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Do not eat here.

Went to pour my drink into my insulated cup when I got home and found a bunch of black stuff in my cup. I called this location and they said I needed to come back up there. I live quite a bit away from the mall and told the person I spoke with. He didn't care and said there was nothing he could do. I called sonic customer service and they said someone would call me from the actual location. I explained I had already talked to the location and they weren't going to do anything. I was told this was their procedure and customer service could do nothing. I already invested some of this drink and am DISGUSTED. DO BETTER SONIC.
