One of the few really good Sonic locations you will come across.
I usually love sonic but today it took way too long to get my order to me and the worker who took our call was very impatient
Went here with a friend and all of their card readers were messed up and they were trying to blame it on my barely scratched card

I am just gonna share my experience today and you guys can judge for yourself if it’s worth your time going there… I went and all I ordered was a drink and mozzarella sticks… They order 15 minutes later still was not at my car. I tried pressing the button and nobody responded after about two minutes. I walked up to the front door. Somebody saw me everybody ignored me eventually someone came out and I said hey where’s my meal and they went and checked, and it had been sitting out on the prep station for 15 minutes getting cold… So I reached in the bag and sure enough it was cold… Fine things like this happen I’m not gonna lose my head over it, but I asked to speak to the manager I see the guy go ask the manager the manager said no like he wouldn’t come talk to me and then the guy comes back out and I said fine. Just give me my money back… Nobody apologized. Nobody offered to redo my meal anything like that they just Had an attitude about it and I just felt like what a waste of 30 minutes total sitting there no food and now my lunch break is up. It’s so frustrating when establishments like this. Don’t show any care at all for your time and don’t show any remorse when they drop the ball… On top of that I looked inside the kitchen and it was disgusting. I don’t think it’s been cleaned in a month. This isn’t the first time I’ve come to this location and had terrible service, but it will be my last time coming to this location.

The food was nice and hot. The burger actually tasted like a burger - even for fast food. And the delivery to my car was super fast! There's always plenty of pull-in spots with plenty of shade in the hot Texas sun.

Takes 40 minutes to make a sonic blast??
They don’t answer phone…wasting your money and time and third party members sitting 15+ minutes twice trying to pick up an order.

Why did you all remove the screens? The screens are my source of entertainment, my advertising (my way to know of your new specials), my feedback on the status of my order, it tells me who’s bringing my order to me, it’s my confirmation that you even receive the order, I miss the screens.
As a customer, I am in and out of the app in two seconds, your best advertising to your customers is on the screens.
Sonic has become too expensive. Their shakes have skyrocketed in cost. Their burgers are ok but not great. Their fries and tater tots are great when fresh, possibly the best in the area. Service is always polite and timely.
