absolutely disrespectful worker. i arrived for a doordash order and they said the system hasn’t sent it yet. i was like cool, fine, i understand. the guy however was very disrespectful, giving attitude when i had told him previously that i was at the right location. i don’t know if he’s new but this sonic was always my fav location.

Gregory was my server. Either it’s because I didn’t tip, or because I’m a white guy. But he said nothing at all to me. He brought my food and immediately walked away without asking if I needed anything else. As a matter of fact I DID need something else. My drink that they forgot. So I had to press the button to tell them I was missing it. Gregory once again gave me the drink then walked away without saying a word. He proceeded to go to other cars and talk to them and greet them with kindness. This seems so disrespectful to me. Get rid of that guy. I won’t be returning.

The only time i give reviews for fast food is when the service is extremely good or extremely bad. This location gave some of the best customer service I've had in a while from a fast food chain. The ordering was normal and typical, but we parked where we could see on the inside. Even though it wasn't as busy, we could still see everyone was busy helping get the few orders out. The young man that came to the car was so polite and gave one of the best greetings I've seen from a fast food chain. I didn't get his name but (light skin with locs). He really made us smile. I normally dont tip at Sonic (because its fast food, n they get normal pay), but he definitely earned an extra something, something. My food was hot and fresh even after i frove home, which was about 10 mins away.Great job to the whole team ??

Food was excellent. Service from the chubby carhop that works during the days was substandard. I guess he calls himself not liking certain individuals and will not look or speak to me when delivering my food. I have complained 3 times and even sent an email to the District Manager to no avail. I will no longer be visiting this location as their staff do not value the customers who are paying their salaries! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Good food. Only complaint was the app not allowing me to check-in once I arrived and I went to 3 different areas hoping for a better connection but none. However I used the intercom and the staff was able to complete my check in for me
