I am not going to lie this sonic is not terrible, however the one thing I really don’t like is that they are always out of stock with the chicken sliders. And another thing is that they turned the perfectly good chicken sandwiches into chicken sliders making them smaller for an expensive price. I always thought this was so unnecessary, but it has been like that and I have not been there to eat my lunch again. I will say during morning breakfast the french toasts sticks are genuinely what make my mornings some days. They are so crispy and the maple syrup is so runny and elegantly golden. I would highly recommend the french toasts sticks during the mornings, however I do wish they served them during lunch time as well.

You make people wait more than 25 mins for a drink order and when my husband finally gets someone’s attention, they bring out the drinks with no receipt and just decide to charge him $12 freaking dollars for an order that should be like $8 because I have ordered that combination of drinks a million times!!!!! I’m on the phone with him and telling him no but of course, my husband is not going to argue with anyone!!!!!! This is not the first time you pull a stunt like this! Train your staff properly or if you do not like tending to people, do not work a customer service job!!!

I normally love Sonic, but I’ve been sitting in my car for almost 40 mins waiting for my order of a #1 and a breakfast burrito. Not a big order. The lot is not full. I checked on my order and they have no record of it. But somehow my card was already charged. Annoyed!
There is no sonic here, they still have yet to correct their frustrating error.
