The worst customer service ever!!!! We try to get a cup of coffee every Saturday morning. They almost never get my drinks order right, all I order is just a regular size hot lattie. The barista shows no apology at all, when she burned my husbands hand by not putting on the cup lit correctly. We will not go back to this place.

Requested venti caramel ribbon crunch. With x3 espresso shots blended in. They dumped all 3 shots over a perfectly made venti ribbon crunch. Resulting in a poorly crafted drink. No whip cream to be found because it all got washed away. They just need to work on their craftsmanship. When customer asks for the shots to be blended in then mix it in then finish dressing the drink above not dump the shots on a what could of been a well made drink.

Early in the morning want to get nice and hot coffee- unfortunately they serve below medium or cold coffee!! Not first time i have this experience in the same location.

Never consistent. Way too much milk not enough coffee. Each time we go it’s a toss up as to how it will taste. Not sure why when we ordering a set menu item from a franchise coffee place. The only reason I visit this location is proximity to my home. Wish I had another option.
Two young employees are terrible. I bought 3 orders. Mocha cookie crumble Frap (MCCF). Peppermint mocha, haft decaf. Strawberry Frap. They made 2 MCCF. Ok, it is fine. I asked them which one is haft decaf. They said none of them. I asked them to remake it. They bright it in, talked together. DIDN’T redo it. Then, they bring back the SAME one and said that is haft decaf. I can feel that is NOT haft decaf. After a taste, my heart was beating so fast, and my hands were shaking. They NEVER EVER think that they can push me under emergency situation. I can not drink more, threw it away.I asked a carrier. They said NO MORE.TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES.

👎In spite of requesting several times to stock more of Organics Brand 2% Gallon size milk, this store is always out of the milk. Just to buy milk, have to make several trips.

It’s tough to get when you are northbound on 423with all the traffic but, coffee tastes pretty good. Even much spacious inside the store. If you order cold drinks, you get more ice than the drink.
