Great experience here at Starbucks. The staff was super nice and helpful. Found a fun mug. Drink was perfect! Sadly, they didn’t have any decaf coffee I could purchase to take with me today.

Starbucks is my main squeeze and this locations is one of my favorite spots (probably my just based on proximity)
They’ve always been super friendly and super speedy. I always recommend using the app to order in advance to speed things along
Very slow speed, inaccurate order. Staff were too busy to make eye contact—not their fault! They work incredibly hard and could use more help.

They got my order wrong twice, this morning I went in an order 2 lattes. 1 had a whole coffee bean in it and 1 was missing syrup. I probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

After waiting for 10 min I realized that your name does not get called out when your drink is ready - when I stepped ahead I was given my coffee that was lying behind the counter

I ordered ahead and went through the drive thru. The staff was wonderful and the service was quick! I'm not too familiar with the area and was coming from the opposite direction. It's a super busy street and a little tricky to get to, but that's not anyone's fault. The drink was great! Didn't have any food or go inside so I can't speak to those aspects.
Pup cup was the best, our coffee was good.
