Wow! Just wow. As a former starbs barista, I can say I’ve tasted some crazy drinks… but this was the most PERFECT frappe I’ve ever tasted!!! Thank yall so much for the positive energy, and amazing bevs. Yall do make a difference!

I was just at the Starbucks on Custer and 121. Two lovely ladies one with the name Tyler helped me and they were just wonderful. Even after this crazy lady was yelling at them for a mistake they didn’t make. She was CRAZY. I hope she sees this review because in case you didn’t know she was absolutely CRAZY. thank you Tyler and the other sweet girl for keeping for composure because I wouldn’t have.

Omg they argued with me and act as if it’s my responsibility to keep up with management responsibilities and also their own. A drink was $9 and I left after picking it up amongst other drinks and food . I called immediately afterwards probably 8 min as I’m on the highway now and was told they will keep name number and I can come back anytime within a week or so to get it remade so Tyler on the phone says they don’t have my name and I need a receipt for it WTH I then am told something I never even said like seriously and finally told her maybe if they owned up to their standards per policy then customers would as well and it’s not the customer it’s the management and baristas that aren’t following directions and they don’t want to do right for the customer because they need to explain to their manager what happened and how . Do your job and stand by your STANDARDS AND TOU WONT HAVE CUSTOMERS COMING BACK AND MAYBE INSTEAD OF WRITING DOWN ON PAPER ON YOUR REGISTER, TEXT IT TONYOUR MANAGERS LINE SO ITS NIT LOST AND TOU CAN MAYBE NIT HAVE TO QUESTION CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY UNDER A LIE DETECTOR . TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR TOUR ACTIONS BARISTAS AND STOP TRYING TO CHALLENGE THE CUSTOMERS STANDARDS BECAUSE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT WVEN IF THEY ARENT AND THATS WHAT A HIGH STANDARDS ARE FOR TOUR SELF INTEGRITY AND COMPANY YOU GET Q CHECK FROM

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is so rude and unpleasant. I started coming to this one as it is near my work but after the 4th time of dealing with the same rude people it’s not even worth it. I have never been to a Starbucks this terrible. Whoever the manager is should be fired because the staff here do not get it. Shocked as I read the book about the supposed values Starbucks has. Honestly, never had this kind of interaction at any other Starbucks so it is definitely specific to this location. TERRIBLE

My experience started with waiting 10 minutes for the cashier to struggle to take out the overflowing trash, to then have my order taken without said cashier washing get hands. Grossed out by this I requested she didn't make my order, which I can only assume based on their body language, it was an annoyance. My Apple cider was completed and sat in a lobby full of people because the cashier couldn't be bothered to call my name, presumably because she was annoyed I didn't want her 'non-washed' dirty hands touching my product.

Touching trash, while also handing fresh organic ingredients, *WITHOUT WASHING YOUR HANDS* is a violation under any circumstance, amd frankly this Starbucks should be shut down. I can only imagine the contamination inside their building.

I will *never* return to this location as it was not only disgusting, it was against the law.

Come on, you need to do better Starbucks. Dutch Bros just gonna keep stealing market share if yall keep acting like snobby assholes that don't wash their hands.

Only rated this way because there was an issue causing the mobile order to not generate correctly. Not entirely the stores fault but we were still stuck waiting a while for our drinks after arrival.

12/10/2024 | I ordered and wanted to use my rewards, the lady attending was so disrespectful and rude. Beware of that young lady (uses lots of lip gloss). She's racist too. So careful. I hope the management sees this.

I placed a mobile order thinking it was at this location, a middle-aged man who I think was named Mark, told me at the drive thru to come on through without confirming that my order was there. When I reached the front of the line he suddenly shouted at "I don't see you." I was confused at first because it caught me off guard, so he yelled louder that my order must have been at a different location. Granted, he was right, my order was at a Starbucks 2 miles down 121. However, Mark should should have checked when I first arrived, instead of making it seem like I was stupid. I would have paid for the order again just so I did not have to go to a different store, but Mark rushed us away. I have never felt more unwelcome in a Starbucks, and if this is how this location treats its customers the day after Thanksgiving, I will be avoiding this store from now on. Happy holidays!
