It was drive through, and the person who provided service has given Luke warm coffee and when asked for hot coffee, did microwave the coffee. Not a good experience.

I have been here three times in the last month go in to pick up a mobile order and they have not even started it didn't even see that it had printed out the label. That's ridiculous you'll need to check your mobile ordering more frequently. And they don't even apologize or anything they just say oh yeah we see it now.
Came here on a Sunday evening, it was peaceful, clean, cozy - but 1 member of the staff was talking SO loud to other staff members, I could hear her voice over my noise cancelling earphones - rude, lacking awareness, and not hospitable. Just because you're an hour away from close it does not mean it's an environment for you to socialize. Be mindful for your customers.

Why are you charging tips thru the drive -thru? Is this a new thing? Went here around 1pm 8/24th and was given the tipping gadget thru drive thru.
I was having a bad day and they gave me a coffee on the house! Instantly made my day better.
i stopped by the other day , kareem helped me pick out a drink and made literally the best drink i had . his personality and knowledge made my experience here unmatched . will definitely be coming back .

i came here a few days ago and noticed one of the baristas xavier is very welcoming and was very fast and had very good customer service skills. keep hiring people like him!

I am literally back from this store I ordered a dragon fruit lemonade and I got 3 pieces of dragon fruit in my drink, I am not kidding I asked the person on the window if they were running out of dragon fruit and her answer was "pretty much" she did not even care and on top of that she closed the window and started laughing, so rude. Very disappointed ?
We all know what to expect from Starbucks. But their services were exceptional. Everyone works here are Very polite and pleasant.

I’ve been to this Starbucks twice now and each time I’ve been disappointed. Both times I got a cold brew with sweet cream foam on top- each time the cold brew and foam was watery. Sucks to pay $6+ for a coffee that isn’t good. On the bright side, I’ve always had a great experience with the drive thru staff.

I am disappointed that this Starbucks does not have much in the way of food selections. It has been a long time since I visited any Starbucks, so I don't know if there has been a change corporate wide not to sell pastries and bagels anymore, or if it is a decision made at the store level. Still, service is good, the place is clean, and it has a pleasant atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple tables that are wheelchair ♿️ accessible. The entrance is accessible, as is the countertop.

Seems the AC at this location is broken. It was unbearable to be in there. It was cooler outside, where is almost 90 degrees, than inside the store. Poor employees seemed like they were melting and still provided an amazing service.

The worst ever location, one time they messed up my order then gave me a gift card! Never worked, most of the time they didn’t have what I needed. Today they closed the dine in and put a sign drive through only and there is all traffic Jams around it. I think they don’t do serious

Thanks to the guy who didn’t want to be there so much he gave us a broken cup that spilled all over us in the car while we were still in the drive through and he just closed the window on us.
