I stopped in to this Starbucks to purchase a drink and some gift cards for our local first responders. The manager who assisted me was so helpful and friendly. I had to step away to take a call, and when I returned, he surprised me with a Starbucks bag that had “Thank You” written on it and included huge chocolate chunk cookies along with my gift cards.
He told me he appreciated me appreciating our local firefighters and wanted to contribute something on behalf of his location. The firefighters at Prosper Station 2 truly enjoyed the thoughtful contribution.
I already enjoyed this location, but after this experience, I absolutely love it. Anyone who has a heart for serving and supporting those who serve us every day are my kind of people. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future!

It was drive through, and the person who provided service has given Luke warm coffee and when asked for hot coffee, did microwave the coffee. Not a good experience.

I have been here three times in the last month go in to pick up a mobile order and they have not even started it didn't even see that it had printed out the label. That's ridiculous you'll need to check your mobile ordering more frequently. And they don't even apologize or anything they just say oh yeah we see it now.
