This store is always so peaceful and nice to go to! With the new refills policy it is really enjoying to go in and study for hours, and the staff is amazing and brings you your beverages right away. I love seeing all the friendly baristas saying hi and it makes my day to get sweet messages drawn on my cups! <3

I mean, it's Starbucks, so it's decent coffee. But these prices are insane. I would much rather give my money to a small mom and pop store.

It is nice atleast to get a half a drink !
I generally just don't like Starbucks coffee, feel like they burn their beans on purpose. But the teas are very delicious and my kids love their sweet drinks.
The service at this location is great - the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The seats are comfortable, the volume of the music is perfect, not too quiet and not too loud.

The bald man with glasses in the drive-thru is not very nice. I’ll tell him to have a nice day and he won’t say anything back. He barely even looks at me when handing me my coffee.

Guy at the window never even said hello. I asked to use my stars and he rolled his eyes and shut the window. Proceeded to wait 5 minutes for a cold brew. Watched him sit on his phone and do pretty much anything but interact with the customer. When he handed me my drink he said “here ya go” very rude and shut the window before I even responded

😇🎊Why is Chris the Best Starbucks Server in the World?🎉😇
If you ever find yourself at the Starbucks on Coit and Main in Frisco, I have a tip for you: find Chris. Seriously, request him by name. This man isn’t just a server; he’s a caffeinated wizard who turns your average coffee run into an extraordinary experience. Here’s why I believe Chris deserves the title of Best Starbucks Server in the World.
First and foremost, Chris is always armed with a smile brighter than the morning sun! You’d think he’s caffeinated with straight-up happiness. As soon as you walk in, he greets you with enthusiasm that could put a pep in anyone’s step. Honestly, after dealing with the ordinary chaos of life, his jovial spirit feels like finding an extra pump of caramel in your macchiato!
But what I love most about Chris is his extraordinary talent for remembering names. Seriously, how does he do it? He makes you feel special in a way that makes you wonder if he’s secretly a magician! I can’t confirm this, but I suspect he’s keeping a list of our names and favorite drinks in a parchment scroll hidden behind the counter. Because whether it’s my complex order or my plain old Americano, he remembers it! It’s like he’s a coffee-scented Santa Claus, keeping tabs on us naughty and nice caffeine lovers.
Now, if you’re someone who dabbles in spontaneous order changes, fear not! Chris embraces the last-minute adjustments to your order with the zeal of a barista who has just discovered the secret to the perfect foam. Want to add an extra shot of espresso to your latte after you’ve placed your order? No problem! Chris takes those requests like a pro, turning what could be an awkward situation into a delightful moment.
In addition to making you feel like royalty, he knows how to ask the right questions that truly personalize your drink. Do you want oat milk or almond? Hot or iced? Are you in the mood for magic today? His attentive inquiries ensure that your drink is not just a beverage; it’s a masterpiece that you’ll want to savor every sip of.
Oh, and let me tell you about the glass cups! Chris has this adorable habit of serving drinks in real glass cups if you’re consuming it on-site. It’s like he’s saying, “You deserve to taste this creation in style!” Every sip is magnified, making you wonder why you haven’t been living your best café life in glass cups all along. I once heard someone say a drink tastes better in glass — Chris has taken that theory and run with it like a barista on a mission!
To wrap it all up, Chris is not just a barista; he’s a vibe, a memory-maker, and a true coffee connoisseur! Honestly, if Starbucks were to clone him, I bet Starbucks stores across the country would be bursting at the seams with eager patrons who can’t get enough of the Chris experience.
So, next time you stop by, give Chris a shout-out, and who knows? Maybe he’ll throw in a secret menu item that’s out of this world. Just make sure to bring a good sense of humor because that smile and his witty banter will have you laughing your way through your coffee break! Cheers to Chris, the best Starbucks server in the world! May he reign forever with a frothy crown of whipped cream! ☕️😂

I normally don’t do negative reviews, but I had to jump on and review this location. First, let’s start with the fact that I am a few Starbucks / week kind of customer. This is my 4th time going to this location and 3 out of the 4 times my experience has been horrible! Horrible customer service, horrible drinks, and I had terrible stomachaches after consuming my drinks (I just discovered that the stomachaches were definitely coming from their drinks).
Yesterday was the worst. I asked for my white chocolate mocha to be upside down, the cashier responded over the speaker “Ma’am, that’s not an option. You are clearly ordering the wrong drink…We only make macchiatos upside down.” Seeing as though that was an ignorant comment, I should have stopped in my tracks & turned around. When I went to pay, he didn’t greet me, I pulled up and said “Hello” without saying hello, he said “$7.58” I reached over to show my phone (to scan to pay), and he literally pushed the cup towards me (it almost dropped)! No sleeve, no stopper…. I had my phone in one hand and had to catch the cup in the other. I asked for a stopper and sleeve and he practically threw it at me. Needless to say, I had another stomachache (and it’s not the drink because I get it a few times per week at my usual location).
I’ll pull into another coffee spot if I am in the area because THIS location will never get my business again.
