the customer service has been great here. however, today I ordered the potato chives bake and told the barista I would work on the patio because it’s nice out. She said she will bring it outside for me even though I didn’t mind going back inside to get it. She did not bring it, I went inside got it 20 minutes later. It has been sitting there. an hour later I asked for a cup of water and was told they would bring it outside. I waited for 10 minutes so I decided to go inside, just sitting there again. I asked “Is this my water”. The barista replied yep. Like wow thanks!!! Next time do not offer to do anything for me.

Stuff so friendly and polite. Very welcome. We went drive thru get evening drink. Had 2 of my paw children. And they gave them biggest puppcup. My paw child was super excited made their day thank you for sweet treatment and kindness

Why don’t they use the plastic holder thing for drive thru personal cup orders at this location? Half the reason I use my own cup is so people aren’t touching it…
Also didn’t appreciate the attitude from the girl who made my drink wrong and gave a snarky laugh when I asked her to remake it. Probably not the best look for a chain already on the decline.

Very disappointed experience… I ordered a customized coffee like I always did in other locations and told the staff that I would like a hot one instead of a cold… She looked the order details and told me no problem. And finally they made a cold for me and when I requested a hot one they told me since the cold foam they cannot make this drink as a hot one…why they said no problem in the beginning? Why other locations can make it?
