the customer service has been great here. however, today I ordered the potato chives bake and told the barista I would work on the patio because it’s nice out. She said she will bring it outside for me even though I didn’t mind going back inside to get it. She did not bring it, I went inside got it 20 minutes later. Stuff so friendly and polite. Very welcome. We went drive thru get evening drink. Had 2 of my paw children. And they gave them biggest puppcup. My paw child was super excited made their day thank you for sweet treatment and kindness

Good service overall. I placed my order through the app, and everything was smooth on that end. However, the drive-through line was quite long. It would be great if they had a fast-track line for customers who place orders online to make the experience even more efficient. That would really help cut down the wait time.
