CROSS provides exceptional service. He was super accommodating in making sure I got the right size drink (despite me putting in the wrong order), and he was so pleasant. In the midst of the hectic morning rush, he took the time to ask how my morning was going while making my drink. Can't ask for better service. Thank you, Cross!

I stopped by Starbucks today at 11:30am and had such a great experience! The team was so quick with my order I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, and it was ready before I even finished checking my phone. 😄 The drink was perfectly blended, super tasty, and exactly what I needed. I also used my welcome offer, which made it even better! Love how smooth and easy the whole process was

What an experience, today after school pickup I stopped here with my kids! So pay attention to your orders for exp Mocha cookie crumble frapp decaf when they upcharge it becomes 5.95 probably bcz it's frisco and I questioned my charge! They did bring it down from 5.95 to 5.65, and believe me they are completely capable of doing this as I was informed by a sweet lady at another location that I visit daily they just don't want to! However at the window for pickup I was told if I would like to visit them again the charge would be raised , and they were not ok with me questioning my charges! Wow! So just be careful with your order extremely rude!

Java Frappuccino with chips
Ordered a grande matcha latte and this is what I received - only half of the cup is filled with actual drink and the remaining is just foam. Talk about overpaid and overrated coffee shop. Let the boycott start.

Haven't been here in awhile. Customer service was great. This review is more about shrinkflation. I ordered egg bites, they need to rename them mini egg bites. I have been ordering these for years. They have shrunk them down to half the size & have the nerve to raise the price on them. Total Rip off now!! Will never purchase these again.

We just went through the drive thru but what made this location better than most is that the drive thru lane was able to accommodate more 4 cars at the same time.

I’m a huge fan of Starbucks and have been for years — I truly love the brand, the quality, and the customer experience. But today I had a really disappointing interaction that I feel compelled to share, not to complain, but because I care about the brand and believe in holding high standards.
This morning I ordered ahead through the app, as I often do, to make things efficient. I went through the drive-thru, and there was no line at all. I drove straight to the window, ready to quickly grab my order and start my day.
Instead, I was greeted by a partner named Ross, who, with a stern face and a harsh tone, told me, “You need to stop at the screen and tell me you’re picking up an order.” His delivery was bossy, unnecessarily rigid, and completely lacking in customer service. I was surprised, so I asked what the difference was since my order was clearly ready and there was no wait. His response? “I could better prepare to get your order.”
Again, my order was already prepared and sitting right there. What should have been a smooth and pleasant experience turned into an uncomfortable one due to an unnecessarily confrontational attitude.
To me, the drive-thru is about convenience and connection, not rules for the sake of rules — especially when there’s no one else in line and the system clearly worked.
I’m sharing this because I believe people like Ross are the face of the brand — and when that face is cold and unfriendly, it undercuts everything Starbucks stands for. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and turned into an opportunity for coaching and improvement. I’d love to keep coming back to a Starbucks where the coffee is great and the people are even better.

I’ve been here several times with no issues but this time… I got the honey citrus mint tea with modifications. The modifications cost extra, but even with that I left a nice tip. It wasn’t until I was well on my way that I realized the order was wrong. They had not correctly incorporated the modifications. Fortunately I had an opportunity to swing back over to the Shop about 20 minutes later. After they Added in the enhancement that I paid for, I tasted the drink and it was still off. They then realized that there was an error with the placement of some of the juices and offered to remake the drink. I was assured that the beverage was correct and I could smell the enhancement that I paid for so I happily walked away. It wasn’t until I started driving that I realized the taste was funny and a totally different way. It was then that I realized that they put the wrong variety of tea for my drink. I would have tried to just drink it down anyways, but it was a chamomile tea and I was looking for a caffeine pick me up! A lot of time and money wasted.
