Horrible experiences at this location. Every time we visit this location, they overcharge like crazy. Whenever I make an order, they add on extra charges for the ingredients to make the drink. I ordered a tall “cosmo wanda” which is a mixture of pink drink and matcha. They charged me for one full tall pink drink and one full tall matcha. I also order a tall peach green tea lemonade. They charged the lemonade separately and green tea separately. They charge extra for steaming milk to put in coffee. No other location does this. Last time I was there, I saw a guy order a LARGE drink and the Starbucks employee charge 50% ….. It seems like they pick and choose who to up charge. I work in the mall so this is the closest location for me but I’m no longer going to give them business.We are not asking to give us free free or free we are asking the should charge us right …THEY ARE RIPPING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

This Starbucks has THE BEST COFFEE EVER !!! I highly recommend this location . The baristas here are amazing and the service is outstanding . Will be returning whenever I shop with Macy’s ! Not to mention , ITS INSIDE A MACYS , how crazy is that ??
