We literally sat in line for 20 minutes. By the time we got to the window the young girl was confused on everything. Our drinks had sat there so long that my lavender foam had settled. I couldn't even tell it had foam on it. My friend ordered a drink with Carmel & literally couldn't suck thru the straw because of the Carmel stopping it up. I see now why they have a 3.8 star review..

I go here only cause it’s closest to me. My only complaint is that the drinks that ONLY this location does it make them to the line shown above. Anywhere I’ve gone to place this same order I’ve had for years always has it filled up almost close to the lid.. I can’t even trouble them to remake it cause it seems their main focus is drive thru and not both equally. You have customers waiting to speak with you about the drinks I’d wish they attended to the customers in store like they do with drive thru. I always order light ice and it still fill as I mention close to the lid.. I won’t be coming back to this location anymore nor do I recommend this is the 5th chance I’ve given them. Go elsewhere if you can

I love coming to this location.
I enjoy my order of black coffee with a side of egg white and spinach wrap. If I'm feeling indulgent, I order the coffee cake to go along with my coffee.
The wait is not too bad, considering they also have a drive through option.
The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Today, the sweet lady who handed me my order asked if I would like a stopper for my coffee cup so the it doesn't spill. It might not be a big thing, but we all know the mess coffee can make when it spills while we are driving. I had no idea starbucks has something like that. Such a small gesture, but her preemptiveness made my drive easy. Thank you!

Comfortable chairs, nice and cool inside. Each sitting area had charge locations which was nice.
Other than no refill om Frappuccino it was fine.

05/31 I went and customer service is so poor
The manager was the worst and would fire her immediately
I asked after 15-29 mins that why did some other customers get there order before me even though they placed order after me and without asking what my order was the girl floor manager was so bad that she was like we do not care about your order just take your take your money and refunded after waiting over 20 mins
She could of just apologized and see why my order wasn’t there as a manager should do but just because they stay so busy, they do not care at all about customers and service, it’s just about money.. Even the young kids working at In and Out Burger provide better customer service than you!!

Our drinks
Starbucks is a global brand, therefore in theory prompts consistency. I have been to many locations locally, nationally and internationally and for the most part, they were consistent service and products.
But when it comes to THIS location, by far the worst. Service is terrible (slow, unprofessional and inconsistent) and it never seems to get better. They could have as many as ten people working and act like they are clueless as to what they are doing.
I now go out of my way to other locations in the area where I get that professional, consistent, efficient service with a smile and its worth it all to avoid this location.

Got my drink but there's barely anything in there. They're putting the same amount of drink for a grande cup and pour that into a venti cup.
Not paying 7 bucks to get one sip out of it. Is it because I don't tip you? I don't ever tip at this place and will never. This happened to me twice already, so glad I don't have to come back here again.

When I came in it was very crowded, I ordered cheese sandwich, and a hot coffee, i had to wait 30 minutes, Very valuable time. My food was cold and my coffee was colder. I was disappointed.

This location is the worst! Don’t order here drinks don’t taste well and personal are lazy to stock things so they just skip on adding what the drinks need. Order a dragon fruit with lemonade refresher!
Extremely understaffed at this location!! Drive thru is a nightmare.
Today I did an Uber Eats order, and it took over 45 mins just for them to hand off my order to the courier after I placed the order online. This was for ONE coffee and ONE breakfast item.
Do better.
Too noisy and drinks are watery.
