Great coffee and happy staff, but this parking lot is wild! While waiting for my mobile order to be ready, I witnessed 3 people almost get backed over and several cars driving around like it was the Nuremberg speedway. I’ll be picking another Starbucks going forward.

I've been coming to this location on weekend mornings for the last few months. The staff at this location is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and happy. It makes it a pleasure to come in and have a cup of coffee. Great culture and atmosphere here.

We are visiting from Dubai and are staying in the city for a week. We enjoyed the warm hospitality of Ms. Mahi, who personally welcomed us and recommended some local specialties, as well as the friendly staff at the cafe, who attentively took our orders and made sure we had everything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable.

I ordered a Soy Chai Latte, but it turned out quite mild. I noticed the barista added about 1/4 cup of water at the end, possibly to fill the cup since the milk didn’t foam enough. After checking online, it seems adding water isn’t typical for hot lattes, which might explain why it tasted diluted. I didn’t quite get the full satisfaction of the drink.

Two stars for the drink and five stars for the service because the staff were very friendly and accommodating — they even used a freshly washed container when I mentioned I’m lactose intolerant, which I really appreciated.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It consistently takes 20+ minutes in the drive-thru…and half the time, my drink is wrong.

Prepare to wait. And wait. And wait. Understaffed and it’s not there problem, it’s yours. Worst of all, come in the evening at 7pm on a weekday. You can be the second car in drive thru and you will wait 10 min
