This location is the worst! Don’t order here drinks don’t taste well and personal are lazy to stock things so they just skip on adding what the drinks need. Order a dragon fruit with lemonade refresher!

Extremely understaffed at this location!! Drive thru is a nightmare.

Today I did an Uber Eats order, and it took over 45 mins just for them to hand off my order to the courier after I placed the order online. This was for ONE coffee and ONE breakfast item.

I love Starbucks, but they will charge you more for a latte with 1/2 pump of peppermint and 1/2 pump of mocha versus a peppermint mocha latte, which includes 4 pumps of each. Seems wrong to charge more for less syrup.

Probably the worst managed Starbucks in the chain. Slow service and workers who think they are doing you a favor by serving you, poor morale. Its an issue of very poor leadership. Where is the regional manager ? I doubt that they have ever been to this location.

Horrible experience I got 3 coffees and one had coffee in it and the other drink had coffee but my coffee was all white when it’s supposed to be a ribbon crunch tasted like foam milk looked so white can’t even see the dam logo had no coffee showed my cowers and they tasted it said the same thing there’s no coffee just milk Bad service

The have consistently proved their inability to make the right drink. Someone doesn’t understand that chai isn’t coffee. I order a cinnamon dolce latte and get chai every time!! Chai makes me sick. I’m allergic to something in it. And this store always has issues with staffing, it can’t handle the busy hours. The technology fails all the time. And they run out of cups often so the larger sizes aren’t available. I wish this establishment was better

We got to the drive thru ordered two white chocolate macadamia cold brews. We pulled around and waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came to the window. Mind you there were no customers inside, no other cars in line, but a few sitting outside on the patio. After waiting just about 10 minutes the young guy who took the order finally comes to the window only to tell me that the cold brew machine was “broken” or “not working”. The frustrating part wasn’t because they were out of cold brew, but for the simple fact we waited outside more than 5 minutes closer to 10 before someone informed us. I asked the guy why didn’t they just say that prior to us ordering or tell us right when they noticed it wasn’t working. His response was we were trying to fix it. Such a poor response and poor customer service. Good luck!
