The Truth
Can't speak for every employee working here but one in particular definitely needs retraining. Starbucks provides the workers the cheat sheet on how to make the different drinks. A brown sugar oatmilk cortado takes 2 PUMPS!!!! When you do 1 it makes the drink awful. If you don't know how to make something then ask or look it up. Next time it happens they'll know about.

My daughter and I stopped by today after 2 soccer games. I ordered a Pistachio cold brew (and a few other items) and I have to say, it’s one of the best ones I’ve ever had!!! Not only the flavor was perfect but the lovely barista was outstanding!! I will make sure I will stop by here again. Top notch service!!!

I bought a coffee from here today from someone named Zhara and she was drop dead gorgeous and her energy has me still thinking about her enough to write this review. Seriously such a beautiful person and I wish her the best in all things. ?? I cannot express how she took my breath away just by taking my order and I would give this girl the world just off that one interaction ?

They don’t let me use my Starbucks reward coupons (said not in this Starbucks store) . The cooperation said my reward work at any Starbucks.Also Not quality of coffee.
Hard to mess up a Starbucks and this one's pretty decent for a small stall inside Tom Thumb. Serves all your drinks and hot food (inventory is less compared to full size Starbucks). Service was okay but I feel the baristas are not as efficient as a regular Starbucks. If you don't want to go the bigger one down Preston (whose drive-through design sucks btw) or you're at Tom Thumb, this joint should do you fine.
