This is the best Starbucks in the entire world I've been to every location this is the number one also all the humans that work there are nice and friendly one of the things that I like is as they get busier you can actually see the staff start working faster quicker harder to accomplish the uptick in business great place truly a good staff heed my words people that are reading this review yes you right now looking at this go to the Starbucks if you don't it'll be a travesty that is all

Very rarely do I visit this location closer to my home. So disappointed to be leaving this review but it’s not getting better. The store is always filthy even after renovations. There’s no clear indication of who leadership is. Drunk sat for 5 minutes without being touched - until I acknowledged it. The food was not done to customization and sat 3 baked goods before others. The bacon is undercooked. I feel that their systems are not in place or they are not prioritizing themselves correctly. Inefficient but convenient. I always end up waiting longing than normal. It is best to drive to Lebanon and Parkwood. Some of their best people have moved to that location.

I HAVE to shout out Shelbi in the drive-thru today, Wednesday, Oct.18th her customer service was so uniquely extra sweet today, we drove up sleepy and fudged our order but she was so cool about it and understood our jiberish lol just so sweet. Then we get our coffee and immediately it smelled fabulous but once I took the first sip it was so perfectly made I had to praise Myrani, because this coffee hugged my soul I had to personally say thank youu it was so heavenly made. She put beautiful energy in this coffee. Boost of joy? I just had such a surreal unexpected experience at this Starbucks ??? THANK YOU ALL, my husband and I needed this ? the cheese Danish so perfectly crispy and fluffy ? guys wow! Way to go whoever hired these two amazing young woman ?
