It always impresses me how these baristas are able to keep up with the crazy amount of people the flooding the drive through first thing in the morning. They are always diligent with making quality drinks, and won’t hesitate to remake a drink if needed. Also, shout out to one of the newer baristas, Hailey, she’s always friendly and working incredibly hard to make sure every customer leaves happy!

A horrible experience. Many young, inexperienced people, acting without training, treated me very badly! And this happened twice... today was my last time, a the end of it. Even though it's close to my house, I'll have to drive to another to another location. They denied me water... And as soon as I sat down, they asked if I was going to buy anything. I literally just got in the place.. They spoke loudly and in front of everyone. I'm a businessman, I don't dress poorly. And I had to cancel my meeting and move everything to another location on the next day, still wondering if I'll call my lawyer and file a lawsuit against Starbucks! For the lack of respect and the humiliation. But I'll definitely post it in our condominium group to be aware of this type of service. And ask them if this happen again to post a review like: Starbucks is denying water to members and customers, and not only that, but hiring inexperienced people to save money on the water! Horrible, inexperienced service. I've never given a bad review, but today was my fist one.... Horrible customer service!

I come here almost every morning get a coffee and a pastry on top of my coworkers ordering things today. I decided not to get anything just to get a cup of ice they would not give it to me unless I bought a coffee or a pastry which I come to this location every day and they always give me a large cup of ice so I’m not understanding what happened definitely lost a loyal customer

I’ve never had a problem with this Starbucks other than today. They were closed with a paper sign on the door and the staff all sitting outside. I don’t blame anyone working there for it but I wish they’d have updated the open/closed status on Google Maps or even the Starbucks app. All it said was “unavailable for order ahead” which doesn’t really convey that the store is closed.

Always use this location, almost every day.. drive thru ordered coffees and breakfast.. ask for drink carrier in a bag.. never an issue till the short, dark k hair with black knit hat girl, she decided not to.. handed a 4 drink carrier to me and I had to ask for a bag.. so I sat there showing her how to cut the drink carrier in half so it fits the bag… come star bucks teach your people customer service skills.
