I really want to take this time to highlight the staff. Everyone here is nice and helpful and willing and ready to fit your needs what ever they may be. I had to finish up some last minute work after getting off at my second job. I stopped by and asked for a cup of Ice. To my surprise, CiCi was willing and ready to serve just that. I come to this starbucks literally almost every day. I have to say Dylan and Kim are literally the sweetest people ever. I always feel bad pulling up because I think they know I am coming lol! Anyways they deserve only the best at that starbucks because that is how they treat people that come through!!!! You guys are the best!!! -Hannah
I cannot stand being handed the portable card machine in the drive thru only to be told “it’s going to ask you a question”. Just tell me straight up it’s going to as if you want to tip. I do not believe in tipping and am tired of seeing these companies put the blame on the customers to pay their employees more money. Tipping culture is out of hand.
