I ordered ahead on the Starbucks app, but my drink wasn’t ready at the time the app promised. When I asked, the staff bluntly told me my order was “pushed back in line because of their algorithm” and suggested I just take a refund. On top of that, the way it was said came across as rude and dismissive. As someone who literally drinks Starbucks every day, it’s disappointing to see both the app and the customer service fall short. If the app can’t deliver accurate times, that’s on Starbucks to fix — not on customers to accept excuses and poor treatment.

The manager just told me sorry I’m not open yet. I said oh ok well it says 7 online. She said I know but I’m not open yet. Ok so how long I said she said maybe 30 mins. So basically an hour late is what you’re saying. Wow.

We were headed out to lunch with my mother-in-law, but first stopped at this little coffee store that was on the way to the restaurant. Each of us bought a coffee drink, everyone had a certain favorite. We went back to the car to sip and be on our way.

NOT A DRIVE THROUGH AS IT SAYS IN THE DESCRIPTION . Fing fix your listing. So tired of driving to a location and it's wrong.I'm on a route with a schedule. People are going out of their way to come to your store and spend $8 for a coffee and then are asked for a tip on top the least you could do is make sure you info correct.

Super Rude & Unfriendly Staff. Don’t waste your time here. Four people are working and I use that word loosely. They are super disorganized. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get two drinks. I use the word drinks loosely. My wife and I got Hot Steamed Milk ? ?. Not the White Hot Chocolate we ordered. An order was taken and then all four stood around to make an order before the next order was allowed to be placed. Absolutely Horrible Starbucks.

Really pathetic service.The employees were scrambling and looking up their recipe book to make a simple Vanilla Latte!!!A 2 min order took 10 minutes with a questionable latte.

I ordered a venti iced americano with an extra shot. Just to make sure the employee gets it right, because in the previous experienced someone gave me just one expresso shot, I had asked her if its 4 shots + 1 extra. This rude female employee told me that the venti iced americano has 3 expresso shots in it and I told her all other starbucks has 4 shots in it, then she started yelling at me and got all upset. I kinda felt threatened by her almost wanted to get a manager to sort this out but I decided not to because I had to go back to work. It was the female worker that worked at 3:30pm 10/12. She needs to be fired for being agressive towards customers for verifying facts.
