The food was not that great and it was definitely not as I remember from past experiences. The buns on my burger were not grilled or heated, they were just slapped on top of grilled meat. Lastly, the fries were not hot. Disappointing!

Don't waste your time and money. Everything was self service. I'm surprised they didn't want us to cook the food. No interaction with humans at all. And after you place your order when the payment screen pops up they want you to leave a tip!!!! Self service drink machine is powered by a QR code. Portions are small. Tables are dirty. Parking lot is not well lit and the bathrooms look and smell like the last time they were cleaned was when Obama was in office. Horrible horrible place. The food itself was okay

Their food is kinda smaller than preferred but tastes much better than McD, the Milk-shakes are BIG, w many flavors.Their trashcan is too small, they should expand the hole ?️ to fit the size of the trash can.Pretty clean, food didn't take long, they have no ketchup to grab, my fries ? ?, I think you have to ask maybe pay?

I decided to stop on my way home. I ordered a large cheese hamburger combo. There were about 2 cars ahead of me, but there was a significant wait after placing my order. This was fine as I assumed one of the vehicles may have had a large order. However, I was disappointed that my fries were not fresh or hot. They were lukewarm at best and chewy once I got to the bottom.

Ordered meal for my family my order was incorrect twice through drive through once I got home fries was missing with my order was told by a suppose to be manager I didn't order fries and it came with meal and then had the nerve to tell me I was wrong g can't even take a order want ever go b ack.

Went to this location for the first time; it was okay. No one greeted us, we were the only people in there. The food was okay.. fries were super salty and they got our order incorrect.. again.. only people in there.. the shakes were the best part. I’ll probably come back through the drive thru next

This was the worst Steak n Shake experience I have ever had. The drink machine is powered by a QR code that doesn't even work. My food and my friend's both came out cold and overcooked, and the fries are the thinnest I've ever had from here. A quarter of a McDonald's fry is the best I can explain the thickness. This was actually horrific, and I will never come back here. Also, the restrooms were nasty, and the smell coming from both of them spread throughout the rest of the restaurant.

Absolutely incredible ☺️ my night was made an and the wonderful steak and shake was compared to in and out. Is it better? Is it worse? Is it the same? Is it quite similar in quality? This just in: it is indeed better. What a wonderful result. I am now driving home and the only ecstasy I have ever felt that can possibly compare to this moment is when I first beheld my very first daughter born. And what a glorious day! I began my start up business which has now blossomed into a multi-million dollar company, yet I still find pleasure in the small moments, which may be the most valuable: eating at steak and shake.
