We placed an online order for pickup at this location. When we arrived, I went in and picked up the order with no issues at first. I later went back inside to order another sandwich for myself, and I’m honestly glad I did—because that’s when they told me that the fountain drinks we ordered were already in the bag, not the bottled drinks I had grabbed from the refrigerator. No one bothered to explain that when I first picked up the order, which was very confusing and unorganized.
To make things worse, the gentleman who made my sandwich when I went back inside was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was on his phone the entire time, having a personal conversation instead of focusing on the customer in front of him. He was careless with the ingredients, basically throwing them onto the sandwich, and never once asked me what I wanted—he just stood there waiting for me to speak. There was no customer service, no professionalism, and no courtesy.
After all of that, when we got back to the car again, we realized they also forgot to include the chips from our order, so we had to go back inside a second time just to get what we already paid for. This was the final straw and made the entire experience even more frustrating.
Between the lack of communication, disorganization, and rude behavior, this was a very disappointing experience. You should not come to this location due to how rude and unprofessional they are. There are plenty of better locations that actually care about their customers.

Absolutely terrible experience. We picked up a mobile order and it was missing the chips we paid for. The drinks also weren’t made, just tossed into the bag unfilled. We had to go back inside twice to get things corrected.
On top of that, the man making the sandwiches literally threw the ingredients on the bread and had an attitude when we asked for it to be toasted. The service was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Definitely one of the worst Subway visits we’ve had.

The server taking my order was very rude to me. He didn't speak much English and I could barely understand what he was saying.
He then proceeded to act irritated and hurried me along. I didn't even get the the correct order that I wanted at the end.
I will not be visiting this establishment again.

Ordered a sandwich online. Got there to pick up. Two guys just look at me. No hello no nothing very unfriendly no smiles. I tell them why I'm here .. my name... they look at each other like... order not ready.. finally get my order..... no thank you for your business come back and see us.. nothing.... I get home.... I open up my sandwich... and it's all wrong

We went to this Subway branch for dinner and ordered the Grilled Chicken sandwich. The ingredients were extremely old and tasteless, the bread smelled stale, and the sandwich mostly tasted like sauce. We also clearly said we wanted a 6-inch, but they gave us a 12-inch instead. If it were possible, I would give this place zero stars.

Terrible experience from start to finish.
The guy who served me OMG his attitude was so demeaning and completely unacceptable.
To top it off, the food was subpar.
With so many negative reviews about the same I wonder why management is not taking action!
Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere.

1 star is highly unreasonable for this place. If minus 5 stars were an option that might some justice to this store. Around 8:45pm 2 male employees could not make 4 footlongs (veggie delights) with absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. They messed up all the sandwiches in any way one can think. Wrong bread, no cheese, wrong/no sauces, wrong veggies. When gone back to confront, the employees had no remorse, no apology, and no solution. Store smelled like weed and the two were definitely on something. Store was not busy either so they had all the time in the world.
Please DO NOT give this store any business. If you read other comments there seems to be hygiene and food safety concerns as well.

Unacceptable Service at Subway Location
I went to this Subway location today at approximately 8:30 PM to pick up my online order.
In the past week alone, the same staff member has made multiple mistakes with my order, including failing to toast the bread, adding incorrect ingredients, or leaving items out entirely. Today, when I asked for the manager’s phone number to report the ongoing issues, the employee (male, mid-30s, claims to be the manager, limited English) went so far as to threaten to cancel my order.
On top of that, he simply dumps sandwiches in the trash instead of correcting them properly, showing no regard for waste or customer satisfaction. He is consistently rude, unapologetic, and dismissive — frankly, a big jerk to customers
This behavior is unacceptable. It reflects a loss to the store owner, a waste of my time, and causes embarrassment and inconvenience to customers who expect basic professionalism and accuracy in their orders.
I request that this matter be taken very seriously and addressed immediately. I also expect a response from Subway management outlining corrective action, as this type of conduct is damaging to both your brand and your loyal customer base.

I ordered 4 sandwiches today and had a very rude experience with one of the workers. He spoke to my son in a dismissive way after he ordered, asking “how many more sandwiches are you ordering” when he said he was also ordering for his sister. He also told me, in a rude tone, that I should have told him to toast the bread and cheese earlier.
The overall attitude came across as if he didn’t want to be there or deal with customers at all. Experiences like this make it unpleasant to come in.

Terrible service. Teenagers made terrible sandwiches. Came in and this white guy just looked pissed he had to make a sandwhich. Didn't even cut my foot long. I've ordered the same sandwhich for the last 4 years and this was by far the worst. Dosent even know how to portion things. And the whole time, he's just trying to rush you through the whole order and get you out ASAP. Won't be going back unless its to piss him off. Only goof thing I have to say is the ingredients were fresh.

If I could give this place a triple zero for customer service I walked in manager said nothing the workers said nothing the person that was making my sandwich put gloves on but rubbed his hand all across the oven then made the sandwich put his hands all in the middle of my sandwich to close it and then I asked for napkins I got attitude I think it was more of a Prejudice thing

This place never fails i walked in with my two kids, ordered 3 footlongs a younger looking employee going by lucas made my sandwiches quick and even helped me with my troubles on the subway application
