They declined to give me my order. The manager in this store literally stole my food. First he said he didn’t get my order then he said he gave it to someone and when I called the cops he said he threw the food away as I was a few minutes late. Basically he threw away my order which he gave to somebody, an order he never received. Be careful and stay away from this store

Ordered a Veggie Patty and turkey sandwich with a Buy one get one coupon. They ended up charging for the titan turkey and $3 extra for the veggie patty. When i asked the reason they said they are charging for veggie delight and extra for patty.
They were not polite to entertain my concerns. I have veggie patty all the time and they are selling it for $3-$4 more than other places and then not accepting the BOGO coupons.

I went in this evening to order 3 sandwiches. There was a new young man (white) working and the Hispanic short manager working. The young man kept making mistakes and the manager seemed to be irritated with him. The young man had an AirPod in his ear. I told him on the flat bread I didn’t want it toasted. I stated I would like the meat heated (chicken and bacon). He only cooked the chicken. I asked him to cook the bacon. I ordered a 6 inch BMT with extra American cheese. The young man acknowledged me. He proceeded to not toast the sub and didn’t put extra cheese. I stated I wanted extra cheese and the sub toasted. He looked at me and said I thought you said you didn’t want it toasted. I said I wanted the sub toasted not the flat bread. The manager was going to put the veggies on my sub. I looked at the young guy and stated that I needed pepper jack cheese on the flat bread sandwiches since he didn’t ask what cheese. The manager said do you want this sandwich? I said yes, I just wanted him to know to put pepper jack cheese on the flat breads. The manager said, you can leave if you want to be like that. I said what? I am confused. He said you have an attitude. I said I don’t gave an attitude. I explained that I come there all the time. The manager said I don’t ever see you. I said I come in with my husband. He said I don’t care and I don’t see you. The young guy said do you want pepper jack on your sandwiches I said yes. I asked why do I have to keep saying that. The manager proceeds to say I won’t make your sandwich. I was so confused as I didn’t have an attitude. I put the chips down and left. I saw a family of 6 heading in for food and advised they shouldn’t as the employees both have bad attitudes. The dad thanked me and left without purchasing food. I did walk back in and told them that I will get the owners information so that I can let them know what happened. The manager stated okay they don’t care. I told the young guy to take his AirPods out so that he can listen to the customer. The young guy looked like he was high as well.
I recommend going to Subway off Stacy and Alma! Fresh veggies, kind people, and clean!

Do not eat here. I got food poisoning from eating at Custer and Eldorado location in Frisco. After being so sick I had to go to ER. Called the location, employee had NO CONCERN whatsoever and ask if I had my receipt. No I didn’t have receipt, I didn’t know I was going to be sick. Wanted to know if I was at right location!!! I ask for manager and could not tell me when they would be there. Never eat at subway again.

I ordered a veggie footlong sub online and specifically asked for it to be toasted. When I arrived to pick it up, it was cold. I brought this up to the tall woman at the counter, and she had the audacity to tell me, "You didn’t ask for it toasted." I showed her the receipt, and she gave me some ridiculous excuse about it needing to be printed at the top of the bill. Then, without even asking, she unwrapped my sub and threw it in the oven with all the ingredients still inside after I clearly said not to! This place is a joke—pathetic service, rude staff, and completely unprofessional. Subway at its worst. Never going back!

I have ordered my lunch via app and came here for pickup
For extra confirmation asked what I ordered and the showed the print page , when I went home it don’t have tuna and veggies salad don’t have sauces
So I have drive back and get it again
The people over there don’t know English much and can’t understand what we ordered

Clean and nice ?
Not sure if they were just closing or what happened but my sandwich had next to nothing on it, was missing avocado, cheese, and meat. Had a bread, onion, and pickle sandwich.
