Customer service is bad! I ordered something online and walked in the door with no one in there. Asked the lady with a short hair named Ivet, about my order. She told me to wait on whatever time my pick up order should be. She is not helping anyone or doing anything but I still have to wait 20 minutes for it. This is what you call customer service???

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.They refused to give the food to the dasher. Wasted 2 hours waiting for food and eventually had to cancel.

This is second time orderiing online. The first time, when I got home, the order was wrong and the sandwhiches were sloppily made and not wrapped and they use the same knife to cut through mustard then mayo. I blew it off and decided to give them another chance. Now this time I ordered two sandwhiches and upon arriving home both were made wrong (added, substituted, and missing ingredients) and not overlookable. Tried to call but mailbox is full. Drove all the back and politely informed the manager lady.. she proceeded to forcefully chuck the order in the trash and said, "You know, sometimes we get busy!" I said, "Yes, I'm busy too." She then was mummbling rudely with the other guy and I just had to shake my head and walk outside.. she was remaking the order so fast and sloppy I couldn't stand to watch. When i returned she just pushed my order at me and said "Here!" There was no sorry for the inconvenience.. nothing. Upon arriving back home, the order was still wrong. Oh well, last chance and done.

This subway has the worst service! I repeat the worst customer service. They messed up my order and instead of rectifying it peacefully and full of courtesy the short Hispanic man with black hair and glasses who was wearing an AirPod while working and seemed to have some semblance of authority at the moment was extremely rude. Then tried to cancel my online order after they messed it up. He was arguing with me about what the menu clearly said!!!! I will not be ordering from here again! There’s other subways that have much better service than this one! Hey franchise owners train your personnel, they are ruining a brand!!

Wow! I don’t think I have ever experienced anything so rude. The long haired gentleman was very mean to his coworker. You can’t see them add the meat or cheese to the sandwich. Honestly, a sandwich called “The Monster” wasnt worth 9 bucks. I brought two sandwiches home and it was like there was nothing in them. What a waste of money. I won’t go back. Should have went to Chipotle next door.

Worst location ever.Do Not order online through the app.They will have your order but not even start to make it until you get to the store. Even then there is no urgency I had to wait 10 minutes for my 1 sandwich to be made while they were just talking to their friends.It used to be a great subway location however I will take my business elsewhere. Please hire new workers!! Check your security cameras and see what is going on.

I came here and bought two footlong subs. I come here regularly, I see on tall lady and I feel that, she don’t know how to wrap the sub tight and she not understand English. The same issue happened last time as well. Looks like I don’t feel comfortable to visit as they are spoiled my lunch …

We got two sandwiches last Friday and the bread was horrible. We had to throw it away and just eat the meat. This is the second time I’ve gotten bad sandwiches there, I won’t be returning.

Not one to write bad reviews. But after receiving an email from the store owner replying to my complaint that I left on the subway website, I have to.I placed a delivery order for two sandwiches through the app but was unable to make any changes to the sandwiches and was unable to select toppings, bread, toasted or not. I tried to call the store 21 times directly after placing the order and phone was never answered except for one time when the phone was picked up and then immediately hung up. The driver delivered at the door so I was unable to tell him the order was wrong as well. I voiced my frustration on the subway website and received the following response from Kevin Allen. I don't think he read my complaint and put the blame on me. How is this store still in business? Buyer beware. Do not eat here.--------------Hello,Thank you for contacting me about your app order. You placed an order on the app but didn't specify your ingredients. You picked up the order knowing that it wasn't customized because you didn't specify the ingredients. You have made a bunch of phone calls wanting a refund but never mentioned it to anyone when you picked up the order that it was incorrect. If you are ever unhappy with any of your Subway orders, please bring it to the store and they will either remake the order or refund any item that is brought back. I had a foot-long chicken sandwich. Her preparation was excellent and I am satisfied with the service. The restroom is very awkward, so I advise you not to use it.
