I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a Subway location. The staff here are shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude and eye rolls like I was inconveniencing them just by placing an order. They rushed me, ignored my questions, and acted like they were doing me a favor by just doing their job.

No greeting, no thank you, no basic courtesy. One staff member even raised their voice when I asked for a simple change to my sandwich completely unnecessary and uncalled for. It felt like they hated being there and took it out on every customer who walked through the door.

If customer service means anything to this company, they seriously need to retrain or replace the team at this location. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had a really disappointing experience at Subway recently. The staff clearly didn’t care at all—They were literally throwing the ingredients onto my sandwich like it was some kind of punishment. The final product looked like a mess and tasted even worse.

What’s worse is the attitude—like I was getting the food for free. You can literally see 2 strand of onions, one tomato(should have been 3 for my 6”) Newsflash: I was paying for that meal. Just because it’s fast food doesn’t mean customers deserve careless service and inedible food. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d honestly think twice before recommending Subway to anyone again.

Never Coming Back

If I could give this Subway 0 stars, I would. This used to be the most convenient location for my family — it’s the closest one to my house. But after what happened today, I would rather drive 15–20 minutes to a different location or eat Taco Bell than step foot in this store again.

The woman behind the counter, who I later found out is actually the manager, yelled at my daughter and caused a huge scene in front of other customers. It was completely uncalled for. My daughter was shocked and humiliated. Instead of treating us like valued customers, she acted like we were a burden just for placing an order.

Customer service here is absolutely nonexistent. It’s clear they do not care about their customers. What’s worse is that because this woman is the manager, there’s no one else to escalate the issue to. This is the standard she sets. That is both sad and unacceptable.

The lady is always grumpy, impatient, and rude. She doesn’t greet customers, she rushes through orders, and she makes the sandwiches carelessly. She constantly leaves out ingredients, and the sandwiches look half-empty. It’s like pulling teeth to get a decent sub here — and even that comes with attitude.

What’s truly disappointing is that Subway, a well-known chain, allows someone with such poor character and no sense of basic courtesy to represent their brand. This one manager is ruining Subway’s name and damaging the reputation of the entire franchise. If this is what they stand for now, it’s a real shame.

To anyone thinking of stopping here: don’t. Save yourself the stress. No sandwich is worth being disrespected like this. I never imagined something as simple as grabbing a sandwich would turn into such a miserable experience. This store has lost a loyal customer for good.

One of the worst places to get subway sandwich. They give preference to online orders than people who walk-in to the store. Girls managing the store front are highly uneducated and no clue about customer service. You should avoid this store at all costs No wonder nobody go to this store, always empty for a reason..

There was a gentleman sitting outside the kitchen door with no shoes on hair ungroomed and very unfriendly. He's behavior was as though he was home sitting in his porch. Very unprofessional. He kept calling the lady in the back name. She was working very hard while he was relaxing. But his shoes off.....that was a bit to far for me.

Short Mexican guy. “I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. The person was rude and lacked basic communication skills, making the interaction frustrating. Customer service should be more professional and courteous. Hopefully, management can address this to improve future experiences.”

The food was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was fine. However, the cost has gotten a lot higher than the last time I was in a subway. For two of us, it was $38.

The employee was insisting they don't have veggie patties even though I had one at this location a little while back

The lady was nice but the gentleman who came and started helping her was rude. The sandwich she made was fine but the one he made had barely enough meat to cover half the bread so when I asked for double meat, I did not get a warm reception. Very disappointing.

This was the worst Subway experience I've ever had. The Hispanic lady working there was very disrespectful. I ordered rotisserie chicken, and she gave me a very small portion. When I asked for more, she started yelling at me. Then, a teenage guy joined in and started cussing. I'm extremely disappointed and will never come back.
