Lousy outlet. The girl there showed very little interest, got our orders wrong. Left the oven open & it was beeping for a good 10 mins before it dawned on her to shut it

Horrible experience. The manager at the store was very rude this morning, 9/11/25. I don’t know his name, but he said he’s the manager. The store opens at 9:00 and at 9:10 he finally opened the door just because he saw me waiting. He didn’t have a good attitude from the beginning. He told me that the oven was not warm and he didn’t have the bread I Want it. He told me “Do you want a cold sandwich or not”. He also said that he was by herself by himself opening, so things were not ready and added “no one buys a sandwich at 9:00 A.M. so that’s why i don’t have anything ready” I said “how can I speak with the manager? “ and he said “I’m the manager”. He left while I was speaking with him. He obviously doesn’t like his job and doesn’t know anything about customer service. He could have said he didn’t have things ready in a nice way. I was not rude to him, but he interrupted me when I was speaking. Since I live in Frisco, this has been my store, for many years, but I’ll never go back because I wouldn’t like to see this person and be treated like this again. I hope someone can say something to him to prevent him to treat customers this way. No every employee there is nice, however, they weee never this rude and the reason I kept going to this location was because it was convenient. From now on, I’ll drive out of my way instead of visiting this store.

The employee was rude and he didn’t let me purchase food with a digital coupon
Young girl working with zero interest in doing anything. Empty bins and scraping bottom of it for veggies. No interest in working, should not be in quick service. Walked out after paying and without a sandwich. No manager on site and she says she is not trained to process refunds.

I waited for half an hour for the person who never answered me. I only heard him talking on the phone. July 19th at 6:40 pm. I called him and he was very rude.
Employees in the back did not show up until I yelled hello. Asked for a water cup and was told it was unavailable when I literally came here yesterday and got one. Was told they didn't have the sauce I asked for so I told him it's right there. Just bad!

On May 29th, 2025, at 6:20 PM, I visited this location to pick up dinner on my way home from work. Upon entering, I was not greeted or acknowledged for about three minutes. After that time, a younger woman appeared and began preparing food. I let her know that I wanted a half turkey sub on wheat bread.
She informed me that wheat bread was only available for online orders due to a bread shortage. I explained that I have an intolerance to other types of bread and could only eat wheat. Despite this, she stated she could not make the sandwich because her manager instructed her not to. I pointed out that if the bread is still available for online orders, it should not be an issue to use it for a walk-in customer with a dietary restriction.
She continued to refuse, saying she couldn’t make the sandwich. I then asked for her name and the manager’s contact information, which she declined to provide. I also requested the corporate number and was denied that as well.
Due to the poor service, lack of courtesy, and complete disregard for reasonable customer accommodation, I will not be returning to this store.

Horrible experience here. The guy making me sandwich toasted it without asking me and when I said I didn’t want it toasted, he got mad at me and had an attitude because I didn’t stop him when he put it in the toaster. I told him he didn’t ask and I hadn’t noticed until it was done. And he started yelling at me And threw my sandwich in the trash as I walked away.

Employee and Supervisor very rude and disrespectful. The meat on my sandwich was not fresh.
I returned the sub and the Cashier told me that she is not giving me my money back .
I reached out to the Supervisor she stated that she would return my money. It has been almost a month and I still have not received my refund after multiple communications with the Supervisor. Now getting my bank involved when I should not have too

I dont always do reviews, but my experience here was horrible. The customer service representative person with grey and black dreadlocks was very rude. I asked if they could use a clean knife to cut my sandwich since I didn't want cross contamination with other meats and he says we don't have clean knifes and I can't clean a knife for you because we are busy. Thereweres only 3 people eating their sandwich and nobody else. They weren't doing anything either. I said every subway I have gone to are understanding and nice and use a clean knife and that is how it is supposed to be for hygienic reasons and he says they shouldn't. He was very rude and took my receipt and trashed it. They are not customer friendly, they are lazy and unhygienic. They only want your money and don't care about providing good customer service and using hygienic practices. I will never be coming here again. Read the other reviews, they have similar complaints.
