Good food but their website shows that they have veggie patty but I did not get in my order today even after request! Overall nice quality of ingredients! ♥️ please let me know where can I get this veggie patty from subway ?
This Subway has the most freshest food ever and fresh bread all the time, the dinning area and restrooms are always super clean, and it has very friendly customer service. The atmosphere is amazing and you always feel welcome. It's one of my favorite Sundays to eat at. I highly recommend anyone to eat here. 💯💯💯💯💯👌👌👌👍👍👍

The gentleman that made my four sandwiches was on the phone the entire time he was making them so he had me repeating myself several times. To say it was unprofessional would be understating it. I typically tip the people that help me but not this time. I felt compelled to say something so before I left I told him “If someone else comes in I’d suggest you tell her you’ll call her back. If you worked for me I wouldn’t put up with this” it was his answer that led me to post this.

Don’t go to this subway! Wanted the Nachos with veggies on it and the lady comes from the back to tell the guy in Spanish not to do it! Lol I speak Spanish and told her to tell me in English. Never coming back again!

The lady that works the night shift was kind of rude. I spoke when I came in and she just looked at me as though I was there to curse her out! Didn’t even want to speak back! I already knew what I wanted so it was a simple order! She was definitely pushy and wanted me out! What can I say it’s subway not my way!

The lettuse was brown and wilted, asked for fresh and they don't have fresh ingredients on Mondays or Tuesdays, apparwntly this is a weekly thing. Alao out of the dressing I wanted. The kid working there did his best but the owner is failing. Too many other subways to ever go to this location again. Awful experience.

Location is dirty, workers are always talking on the phone in their headphones so you have to repeat your order each step of the process. Employees will do an online order instead of helping the customer infront of them. Poor management to say the least
Went in when the employee was mopping. Made me wait until he was done. Then when making the sandwiches, he purposely over poured the dressings. No customer service.

Very poor customer service. The lady working at legacy and Lebanon sub way store on 12/21 at 3 pm cst is very rude. When asked a question about the bread she got frustrated and slapping the bread. We left the store without ordering food. I recommend to avoid coming to this location.
Waited 10 min to place an order and nothing still was done. She was too busy preparing online orders. I ended up walking out. The need some more help in there. Especially around the time that everyone gets off work and the know that it will be busy online and in store

I just had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location, particularly with the lady, Nikkita or something like that is her name, the only employee working this morning. Unfortunately, she has made my sandwich incorrectly three times in just two weeks.
Each time, it seems she doesn’t read the instructions and prepares the sandwich however she wants. The wrong ingredients are frequently used, or in the worst case. items are missing.
This morning, I was late to work because I decided to check my order before leaving. She used the wrong type of bread and added so much sauce that it made the sandwich messy and unappetizing. After I pointed out the issues, she had to remake it. Even then, when I checked it before she wrapped it up, I discovered there was no cheese!
It's incredibly frustrating that she doesn’t pay attention to what she's doing. I can’t believe this happened again.
I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Very honest and polite review . This subway sucks located on Lebanon Frisco FM 423 I do not want to name the girl was working around that shift . 10/25/2023 order at 8:17 PM. So $9.83 let’s say 10$ assuming for 6inch wheat. Asked for regular chicken. And the girl who prepared was not doing her job properly. She seemed to be in a hurry . soo lesss stuff on the bread. Very disappointed how she made the regular chicken very fast and didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted to toasted or not ?? She immediately toasted without asking . not enough chicken few olives few onions I had to asked her please add some more pepper and onions . So basically inside the bread just few bite of chicken and half melted pepper jack cheese . I have got so much more to say. in my head I was like LOrd have mercy .im not person to be mean specially those who works hard and i appreciate . What makes me upset that this lady she was working like she did me a favor . Big ?? Anyways i wanted to just leave but i didn’t want to be rude .since she already toasted the sand with her own choice . Toasted chicken with bread and add cheese after that’s how I wanted to tell her . But she go ahead add 2-3 bites of shredded chicken and one slice of cheese? Really ? And toasted without asking . Other part was she immediately started making like she doesn’t want you to see how much veg & things she adds on your bread. Very sick . Extremely stingy I would say to just save few $$$ smh .believe me it’s not the first time at the location. I have forgiven them few times in the past not reviewing. But this time I blasted . I paid to expect something at least better . Another “ bar” I’m not sure exactly you call its where they keep meat , tuna cheese turkey etc. was literally covered so you can’t see how much she is putting. Please don’t be stingy give what your customers ask and listen to how they want their sandwich. Because they are paying and expecting something better from you. unless your offering them for free. Then it makes sense . Please don’t do that. Thank you and god bless .

the person who serves ignores you and is racist
I use to work at subway. It was my job to was my hands before making someone food. This is second subway that I go too that don't wash their hands before putting on gloves and making people food.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Excellent food! I absolutely enjoyed my fresh Tuna sandwich loaded with spinach, jalapeños ?️; olives ; red onions ; mayonnaise; pepper Italian Bread ? !…YES!
