I ordered a #20 which is chicken and bacon ranch 6inch. 1. My bacon was NOT COOKED. I thought when I asked for my sandwich to be toasted the bacon was already cooked, NOT. 2. My chicken tasted gross. The chicken was chopped up like it was tuna. Don't know how old it was but it was not fresh. Since I like my health after the second bite, I stop eating and try to get my money back. I was told to come back tomorrow to see the manager. Now I have to go back on my day off and ask for my money back. SMH what is fresh??? Well went no manager and was told they don't know when the manager would come in. Also the roasted chicken is served as pulled chicken which throws off the whole sandwich. This SUBWAY is cutting corners shredded chicken should go on a pita bread not a sub. NEXT the meatball sub is going to served as loose meat. Go at ur own risk!

I come on often I try not to sweat it but today has gotten me every time I come it’s like they don’t want to do there job and have an attitude and rude i usually just get my sandwich and go because I work in fast food and understand how it can be but most time there just on there phone or talking to each other and get mad when they have to help a guess and I called today to explain how an order of mines was messed up and I asked who I was speaking with the man did not want to give me his name or help with my concern at all I ordered a titan turkey and literally got turkey and bread I pinch of mayo

This store had to be the worse subway ever! If I put EXTRA saracha sauce, why would yall gave me NO saracha sauce, they also forgot my cheese and didn’t toast my bread and were out of jalapeño. They ALWAYS mess up orders, it’s actually pretty insane. I keep going here while I shop but absolutely never doing that again. I’ll drive down the street to the providence village location, I don’t have the energy for a refund or a redo, will just stop going. Good luck to everyone that eats here.

definitely isn’t the most cleanest looking place to eat and they gave me old cookies. Couldn’t even get them to taste fresh after putting them in the microwave for a few seconds.
