Delicious bingsu! I actually prefer Korean shaved ice to American shaved ice because their shaved ice has milk which makes it smoother and less icy. And also because their toppings like matcha, black sesame, mochi, fruits, nuts, etc. feel more boujee and less unhealthy.
We had the Black Sesame Bings with mochi, red bean, almonds, and what I believe was dried jujube, which were all great.
Also, FYI, these bingsoo are huge and typically for at least two people.

Snow City is my usual go-to for shaved ice, but Sul & Beans is a great alternative for me since it is closer. I love how they don't upcharge you for extra condensed milk like other places.
A downside is that they don't have the option to split the toppings like half strawberry/half mango.
As far as the atmosphere, it's clean; however, I wish they would turn up the temperature a bit. I understand they need to keep it cold to keep the dessert from melting quickly, but it's uncomfortably freezing in there.

Tried Sul & Beans and loved it! 🍓🥭 We got the strawberry & cheesecake and mango bingsu...definitely eat it quick because it melts fast! ⏳ The fruit is super fresh, the dessert is so refreshing 🥶, and honestly, they look too pretty to eat 😍. Mango was our favorite, but both are worth trying! ✨

Took my boyfriend out to try Bingsu for the first time ever, and he absolutely loved it! The ice was so fine like snow, absolutely delicious. We got the mango and it had the right amount of syrup and mango ratio with the ice. I also loved how they also display so you can see what their menu looks like in person.

I absolutely loved their Oreo Bingsoo but more than that, I loved their service. When I wanted to take it to go they gave me a foiled aluminum bag with a gel ice pack when I displayed my fear of my Bingsoo melting. They went above and beyond for my needs and I absolutely loved it!
There were only two ladies running the whole place and it was packed but they were working so hard making perfect deserts. Please make sure they are paid well or restaurant staffed better.

If you’re a fan of refreshing desserts, you have to try the yogurt berry bingsoo from Sul & Bean. From the first bite, I knew I found a new favorite. The shaved ice is incredibly light and fluffy—almost like snowflakes that melt the moment they touch your tongue. It’s not overly sweet, which I really appreciated, because it lets the flavors of the yogurt and strawberries shine.
The fresh strawberries are perfectly ripe and generously layered throughout the dessert. They’re not just on top for decoration—they’re mixed in with the ice and yogurt to make sure you get fruit in almost every spoonful. The yogurt adds the perfect tangy contrast to the sweetness of the strawberries, and the drizzle of condensed milk ties everything together in the most delicious way.
One thing I loved was how balanced the whole dessert was. A lot of bingsoos can be overwhelming with too much syrup or toppings, but this one is just right. It’s also huge—definitely big enough to share with a friend (or keep all to yourself if you’re feeling indulgent).
The presentation was beautiful too. It looked almost too pretty to eat… almost.
Sul & Bean really nailed it with this one. Whether you’re a bingsoo lover or trying it for the first time, this flavor is a must. I’ll 100% be coming back for this again. It’s the perfect treat to cool off with and satisfy your sweet tooth!
