I was at this place for dinner last night.
I tried the buy one get one free pulav and biryani combo.
My order was one Vijaywada Chicken Biryani and one Cashew Paneer Pulav.
My honest review is that the cashew paneer pulav was good. The paneer was soft and appeared fresh.
The vijaywada biryani was bad. I can clearly taste and know that chicken is not fresh. The chicken had a chewy texture and was rubbery.
It appears that the chicken would have been fried long ago.

The last one I want specifically highlight is their pricing scam.
A biryani is priced at $15.99 if you buy it without the BOGO offer. But if you go with BOGO it is $18.99 and with tax it comes to $20 ish.
They think customers are fools.
So you claim to offer bogo but raise the price.
Mind you I see your ad again and again in all WhatsApp groups
The reason why you are forced to offer BOGO is because you don’t have enough sales to begin with.
Don’t fleece people.

We tried their breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely delicious! The sambar tasted just like home-cooked food and reminded me of back home. They also serve live dosa and puri, which made the experience even better. The food is authentic, fresh, and truly yummy. Highly recommend!

Earlier it was chapter 21 or something and now they renamed it so thought of trying jalapeño chicken and butter chicken both are utterly garbage. What a pathetic restaurant it is. Please don’t waste your money and time here.

Ordered for pickup, it was a 30min wait AFTER I arrived (40 mins was what the website told me) for pickup before the food was ready. It was clear it was rushed and the food was so salty that I couldn't even eat it.

Chapter 2 went downhill towards the end and had the same problem with crappy service. I was hopeful with the new name/owners it would be different. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again and will find a different place for my biryani fix.

This place is very good. Food was of great taste and they were very accommodating. They had given us a wrong item by mistake and immediately replaced it for us, no questions asked.

The buy1get1 offer on the weekdays is amazing!!:)

Not a Great Experience

The service was poor and really slow, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. There were plenty of people working in the kitchen and behind the counter, so not sure why the delay. The food was just okay—definitely not the kind of Indian-style biryani we were expecting. The appetizers were actually better than the biryanis. Overall, kind of a letdown.

I love how convenient this location is. The staff are also friendly and helpful. The last afternoon that I was here, I took my time to enjoy some garlic chicken and just relax.

A Taste of Heaven: Unforgettable Indian Flavors!

I had dinner yesterday at this restaurant, and it was an absolute culinary delight, especially the egg fried rice. From the very first bite, it brought forth all the authentic Indian flavors I've been yearning for. I've tried countless times to find that perfect taste, but yesterday, it was pure heaven! The fried rice was simply phenomenal a truly remarkable and delicious dish.

Last week, my friends and I went to a restaurant and discovered a 1+1 offer on chicken biryanis. We tried the boneless chicken biryani and chicken dum biryani, and they were both flavorful and delicious. We also ordered the chicken pulao, which was equally tasty. I originally ordered mutton dum biryani, but it was replaced with ghee roast mutton biryani since it’s a popular choice there. However, I didn’t enjoy it as it was overly sweet with too much onion gravy. It didn’t have the expected mutton curry flavor, which was quite disappointing. Overall, while some dishes were great, I wouldn’t recommend the ghee roast mutton biryani.
