While the product is good. It is a ripoff what they charge. 10$ is the average for yogurt there. Not even with toppings. Just a pineapple yogurt. I spend about 30 to 40$ each time we go. That is GREED. THEN THE GIRL WHO DID NOTHING WANTS A TIP ?

I used to come here all the time with no issues. Lately I've been disappointed in this location. Last week the machine was down for my yogurt. It happens, so I got something else. I came back the next week, the machine was back up, so I began to fill up my cup, when I accidentally hit the corner of my cup on the roof of the back of the machine. I noticed black stuff on my cup. I looked underneath the machine to find mold. I was pretty disgusted. My $7 froyo also ended up in the trash, as my family agreed it didn't taste right. (Somehow it had a carbonated texture when eating it) I hope this place improves its cleanliness.

Disgusting, yogurt machines had trays filled, toppings were mixed together and all over the counter and floor…employee sitting at the register making beaded bracelets…smh. We will never go back….go to Chiller Bee, they’re awesome and CLEAN
We used to visit sweet frog when we lived in Richardson quite often. We're excited about having one up here in Frisco. Unfortunately, this place is absolutely filthy!! Not the kind of filthy that happens from a busy day. It's the kind of filthy from never cleaning anything. It's sooo gross!! Even on the walls up above the yogurt machines. There's crusty gross stuff all over the spouts where the yogurt comes out. Looks like they haven't swept, wiped anything down or even cleaned the yogurt machines in God knows how long. Appears they maybe sweep the floor on occasion and sweep it all into a crack inside, right next to the front door. I can't imagine the health department walking in there and allowing this to remain open like that. We left and found a super clean, super nice frozen yogurt place not far away.

This place is sooooo dirty two teenage employees at the register, sittingby the register, not looking after the place. super dirty , sticky floors , dirty sticky tables , serving area was so dirty ....everything was so dirty ? the yogurt is actually good but such dirty place !!!

I went to get yogurt for the first time and I have to say that it was a great experience. I got to talk with the girls working there about rewards programs and they explained it really well. Everything was fresh. They were really nice to me and my little ones. I had a great time there overall!!. Will definitely be going to sweetfrog again. Thank you Anaya and Ameshi for the help.

Don't eat at this dump, came there with my daughter and some kid was eating whipped cream right out of the can. The girls were just sitting behind the counter playing in their phones. I said something to the kid about it being disgusting and his dad (who was standing next to him) tried to start a fight with me. Then I say something to the girls about the can and they just wanted to wipe it off. Good luck not catching something if you go here.

I went to get my daughter some frozen yogurt. On the sign it says they open at 11:30. It’s 11:45 and the door is locked. This is the second time I have experienced this.
