We walked in today (12-5-2025)at around 8 ish today there was two girls sitting in a back table one on their phone the other one on a tablet. They sat there while we were looking at a menu until I guess they saw that we weren’t leaving and with a attitude just stood at the counter I told her (a big lady) what I wanted and she didn’t even tell me how much it was or even asked if we wanted anything else, she just stood there staring at me as if I knew the machine was ready for me to take the payment. When my order was ready they just left it at the counter didn’t even say it was ready both were just standing there talking. I use to really like this place but with the horrible customer service I hope they hire some one with better attitudes.

Came to the store, and all i have to say is the customer service on night shifts are terrible, if there was a 0 star rating, that would be my option. The lady that was working here was really rude and always has an attitude, i dont know if the owner is aware of this, it is a plus size lady. Terrible service during the night shift. They need to replace that lady asap so until then y’all lost a client. And I read the reviews and i am clearly not the only one that has this opinion.

All of the food has been fresh and so good every time I order. The snowcones are creamy and soft. Highly recommend the shrimp tostadas and tamale!

I had order a Rusa and this is what I got. Not what I had expected I thought it would come with more fruit but not at all.
People of color do not spend your money here. I walked in and was not greeted by any of the employees and then once the heavy set employee decided to walk to register they proceeded to have a conversation in front of me still not acknowledging me. I guess I was supposed to wait until they finished their conversation to be serviced. Do not spend your money here.
