I did moble order 5:56pm. I choose pick up 9pm. When I came 8pm. I ask " is napkin inside ? " he said yes . When I open bag no napkin, food very cold , tortilla hard . I go back to drive trw ask " is this sitting since 5pm? He said yes. " He said " I CAN MAKE NEW ONE " I dont think that's not that point . Is it safe hot food n cold mix together sitting 2 hours serve to customer??

This is the second time I have gotten food poisoning from here, and my last nights experience makes me want to sue this specific location. Beef wasn’t cooked thoroughly and all i saw were teens goofing around instead of tending to customers. Damn taco bell……
